We have 74 sites that sit on 24 acres in a beautiful country setting that is surrounded by another 76 acres that are full of hiking trails, a hidden pond, and wildlife. We are conveniently located near Interstate 30 and within 15 minutes of shopping and dining. There is a 1 acre catch and release lake that is stocked with a variety of fish. We have a dog park for those fur babies that is shaded by trees. We have a restroom/shower and laundry facility as well. We offer nightly, weekly and monthly rates. Our goal is to create a park which will ensure a satisfying travel experience, that will not only attract snowbirds traveling to and fro, but a weekend getaway for families seeking lake fun or just time to be together. We are located midway between Oklahoma City, OK and Dallas, TX at Exit 24. Easy off and on I-35, then .8 mile east. Entrance to Lake Murray is 1½ miles east of our park. As a family-owned operation, we take pride in providing you and your family a fun and relaxing time in a gorgeous country setting, AND it is available all year around! Our facility has 90 large pull-thru sites to accommodate Big Rigs, plus 38 back-in sites. All of our guests enjoy full hook-ups, 30/50A, concrete pads with grass yards, free Wi-Fi, and Cable TV at each site! All park roads are paved.

Campers can look forward to a number of activities along the Richland Chambers Lake; travelers can enjoy excellent fishing and boating, as well as sunset and scenic viewing along the lake. There's  pecan trees to provide shade for shore-side picnicking and swimming, and there's also plenty of space on the water for kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing. Now open is our café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each of our sites have 30amp and 50amp electric along with water and sewer we also have superior wifi and concrete patios at every site. Creeks Edge Cottages is a tiny home community designed specifically for your perfect short-term stay!  We are located just a mile outside of Stephenville off of county road 258 right along-side Alarm Creek.  The community is surrounded by trees on 3 sides which gives it a private secluded ambiance once you are onsite.  There are 10 fully furnished cottages on the property with the capacity to sleep from 2 to 6 people.  We do rentals from one to 28 days and would love to have you stay with us while you are visiting Erath county!

This is a gated park on Lake Whitney. It is right down the street from the marina and boat launch for a convenient getaway or lake life living.
