We have 56 sites all with 50/30 amps, water and sewer connections. We also have a great community room with a full kitchen, TV, and pool table. There is a laundry room and shower rooms. We also have a bunk house for rent. If you need extra storage while staying with us we also have storage buildings for rent along with boat and trailer parking. Guests have access to community, laundry and restroom facilities. Given our location, WalMart is right around the corner, along with Texas Motor Speedway, Alliance Airport and Main Event. Visitors can enjoy a various amount of attractions such as Eagle Mountain Lake, Grapevine Lake, Lake Worth, the Cowboys Stadium, Billy Bob and downtown Fort Worth, Tx. If one is feeling the city vibe, the city of Dallas is just a short drive. Plenty to do around here, see you soon!

You have your own site right on Lake Lewisville in Little Elm Tx.  Enjoy the painted sunsets.  Site offers complimentary kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards. Fishing and boating are encouraged. Site has your own sitting area with table and chairs for six. Fire pit and gas grill included. We have water and electric . How to get there? Our address is 2440 Doe Branch Road Little Elm Tx 75068. Take hwy 380 to Paloma creek blvd. Go North on Paloma creek blvd to Doe Branch Road. Note... Paloma creek blvd's name changes to Gammom Rd where it intersects with Doe branch Rd. Turn Right on Doe Branch Road. Address is 2440 Doe Branch Road. Drive to the end of Doe Branch road. 2440 is located right side of the culdedsac. There is outdoor lighting on the fence perimeter. Conveniently located between Riverside, TX. and Trinity, TX. on State Hwy 19. The campground offers 37 full hook-up RV sites with both 30 and 50-amp electric service at every site. There are 2 brand new waterfront rental cabins with all the modern amenities and comforts of home. There are also 10 primitive tent camping sites, half of which are conveniently located on a peninsula between the river and our 2-acre private pond with the remaining positioned along the river adjacent to an adjacent oxbow. We feature RV hookup sites for our guests. Just beyond the campground are fun sites like the Ellen Trout Zoo, Museum of East Texas, Naranjo Museum of Natural History, Kit McConnico Park and the Texas Forestry Museum. Located on Lake Bob Sandlin in East Texas, The Bluffs RV Park is a luxurious RV Park with a variety of amenities and activities to assure a memorable experience! A small but spacious 14 site park on 25 acres with 7 pull throughs capable of handling big rigs up to 78 feet long and 7 back-in sites with fire rings. Full hookups with 50/30/20 amp electrical service, fresh city water and sewer hookups. Free WIFI. A walking trail has been created in the rear of the property that goes through dense woods and covers around 15 acres. A doggy park has also been built. Coming very soon, a bathroom with a shower stall!  We also are setting up a small laundromat that will be ready by next week. We also have primitive tent camping sites in the woods at the rear of the property. A very nice time of year to go tent camping! We now have a laundry, toilet and shower facility for your convenience!
