Most RV resorts in the area are closed for winter but we are open year round and have tenants who stay all through the year. Of course, we also love our seasonal and short term guests and their contribution to our community. We are not right on the highway so we enjoy the sounds and sights of nature rather than the sounds of traffic. That makes us a little harder to find but if you ask us, we wouldn't have it any other way! We are tucked back in the pines with wildlife and natural beauty. We enjoy the changing of the seasons and all of the colors and divine beauty that those changes bring. We have laundry facilities and Public showers and we also have a clubhouse with cable TV, billiards and other perks for guests and residents. Our clubhouse also serves as a meeting place for the many activities that are offered for anyone who wants to join us. Also, we have added a dedicated high speed internet connection that is being tested and perfected as we speak. It is available now for residents and guests and it is fast and reliable enough to keep you in touch while you're enjoying the peace and quiet. We've tried to think of everything but we know that there is always room for improvement. That's why we are always looking for ways to make our park better and to keep things modern, convenient and comfortable without interfering with the natural beauty of our surroundings. The Desert Cypress RV & Mobile Home Park is located in the cozy town of Wickenburg and is a great place for an authentic Arizona getaway. Campers can look forward to wide-open spaces for hiking, exploring and biking, as well as clear skies for sunset viewing and star-gazing. Onsite, travelers can enjoy activities like shuffleboard, billiards, games in the game room, a pool for relaxing and even a fitness area. The Route 66 RV Park is located in the cozy town of Sun Valley, Arizona and is a great place to relax and enjoy a quiet southwestern getaway. Aside from the peaceful atmosphere and sprawling desert vista, campers can look forward to nearby attractions like the historic mining town of Oatman and Lake Havasu is only 15 miles away. There, travelers can enjoy excellent fishing, boating, paddle boarding, canoeing and kayaking. The Grand Canyon and Grand Canyon National Park which is just a day's trip away, and excellent for site seeing, climbing, river rafting, hiking and biking. Many campers take mule rides around the canyon and always have a blast.

Flintstones Bedrock City is a themed RV park that features Fred Flintstone and all of his gang. The Phoenix Metro RV Park is an age 55 or older only RV Park in Phoenix, Arizona. It's located less than 20 miles north of downtown, just past the Desert's Edge RV Park. Though the park doesn't offer pull-though sites, it does boast a whopping 310 spacious back-in sites with full hookups. It can also accommodate vehicles up to 42 feet in length. Besides all of the fantastic attractions in nearby downtown Phoenix, Phoenix Metro RV Park is right by shopping malls, golf courses, and tons of restaurants. In fact, it's only two miles from the 18-hole 500 Golf Course. The campground itself provides plenty of amenities to keep you happy without leaving. Guests can indulge themselves at the swimming pool and spa as well as play games like billiards, horseshoe toss, and shuffleboard. What people love the most, though, are all the activities the park offers at its spacious clubhouse, including bingo, potlucks, and social hours, to name a few.

Pioneer RV Resort exhibits an impressive 583 campsites. Placed over 30 miles north of Phoenix, is seems to exist in its own little world. The resort affords gorgeous panoramic views of desert mountains, plants, and wildlife. It's the park's general ambiance, not its scenery, that keeps people coming back. When you visit, expect a warm welcome and hospitality. The community as a whole, not just Pioneer staff, are known for their warmth. This RV Resort offers an impressive number of amenities, as well. Most notably, it's one of a minority of Arizona RV parks to offer an indoor heated pool. Despite being apparently isolated in the middle of the desert, Pioneer Resort is located nearby several casinos and golf courses and plenty of hiking trails.

The OK RV Park is located in the cozy town of Holbrook, Arizona, and is a great place to enjoy a relaxing outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to the breathtaking sites of the Petrified Forest and the Painted Desert National Park, both with intricate and challenging trails for visitors to hike, bike and explore. Canyon de Chelly, the Meteor Crater and the Harvey House in Winslow are also relatively close by and certainly worth a visit. With sight-seeing, campers can expect cool temperatures and plenty of excellent local eats to satisfy hungry travelers after a long day of exploring. Jim Gray's Petrified Wood Gift shop is definitely a great stop after dinner in downtown Holbrook. There, campers can buy excellent locally made wood arts and crafts. 

The Desert’s Edge RV Park could not be placed in a more convenient location. The park is true to its name, located on a desert landscape north of Phoenix, it's close to an abundance of desert trails while still being close to all of Phoenix's offerings. It provides guests with an impressive list of amenities, including a library, a fitness room, a basketball court, a pet-grooming station, and a game room for weekly held game nights. Desert's Edge is happy to welcome ALL types and sizes of vehicles, allowing for especially large RVs to use double lots. The staff there will always work with you to meet your needs as best they can. Pets are welcome and even encouraged, as the park has a 5,000 square foot off-least dog park. On top of that, the registration office always has free doggy treats for your little pup and offers a pet grooming area, as well.

The Cordes Junction Motel and RV Park is located in Cordes Junction, Arizona and is a popular spot for campers who are passing through, or looking for an authentic taste of the southwest. Next to the campground is the 50's diner Backseat Bar that's a mainstay among locals of real Arizona cooking, and excellent meal specials. Campers can also soak in breathtaking views of the mountains in the distance and beautiful plains for walking, biking or just enjoying those iconic Arizona sunsets. The Black Canyon Trail is perfect for horseback riding, nearby is the Crown King Gold Mines and there's also several Ghost Towns, gold courses and ATV riding paths.
