Rules

Rancho Rio RV Park Rules & Regulations

The following Rules and regulations are prepared for the COMMON good and established in consideration of good public safety, public health, and respect for campers. This RV Park is on private property. Failure to follow the established rules and regulations will result in the cancellation of a guest reservation and the guest will be required to leave. If the RV Park primary resident makes their RV available to a friend in their absence they must make sure their guest knows the rules.

SITE MAINTNENANCE & USE

 Guests are responsible for maintaining their space in a neat, uncluttered manner. Residents must not do anything that creates a nuisance to others or disturbs other residents. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. One picnic table per site.  Children of all residents and resident visitors must be watched and supervised at all times. Firearms, BB guns, archery use, or fireworks can not be discharged at any time. State & local law enforcement have permission from management to enter the property at any time for law enforcement business.  All pets must be under the DIRECT control of the owner at all times and LEASHED when not at your RV site. Noisy or unruly pets are not permitted. YOU must pick up after your pets in all areas of the property. Failure to do so will result in eviction.

VEHICLES

 Residents are limited to two vehicles per rented RV site and they must be parked in the residents’ site only. Excessive vehicles must be parked only in spaces designated by Rancho Rio. Washing of RV, horse trailers, or other vehicles is not permitted. No major auto repairs are permitted on the property. The release of any oils or fluids is not permitted.  The speed limit is 5 MPH everywhere at Rancho Rio.  There will be a designated parking area for horse trailers.

HORSES

 Horses - this is the primary reason most of our guests are here at Rancho Rio. Guest will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the horse stall and feed storage areas. In addition, each guest will be required to clean up after your horse on the ENTIRE Rancho Rio property. Failure to do so will result in the eviction of the property.  Owners must be in direct control of their horses at all times. Horses will be washed in designated areas only. All horse stalls are limited to one horse per stall.

TRASH: GARBAGE & CIGARETTE BUTTS

 All trash and garbage must be placed in plastic bags and tied at the top to secure the contents and then taken to a nearby trash receptacle. Do not leave any trash or garbage at your site and that includes cigarette butts. Littering is not permitted at Rancho Rio

SEWER/WATER/ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS

 SEWER CONNECTIONS MUST BE KEPT OFF THE GROUND. Use a donut or other acceptable connector. Allowing the hose to hang loose in the sewer line is not permitted. Water at the sites is for the primary residence only and nonpotable.  No utility connection is permitted to a second location without Rancho Rio permission.

CHECKOUT TIME

 Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). If you cannot check out at that time please inform Rancho Rio. A late fee will be charged.
