The Park is ran by The City of Westmoreland and Council and does not have an onsite camp host. There is a number listed in the information box for emergencies. The City of Westmoreland offers a clean, well maintained, quiet RV park with 16 spacious sites available. Most are equipped with full hook-ups, some are pull through sites. We offer a code-locked bath house, Bathrooms are ADA accessible, Wi-Fi, two large pavilions available to reserve, historic sites including a large hand dug well on site, frisbee golf course, and a dog park. At this time we do NOT have any open spots for long term stay!!

Rutlader Outpost RV Park is a campground located near Louisburg, Kansas, on the border of Missouri and Kansas. It features 83 full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly for RVs of up to 60 feet. 24 of them are pull through accessible. The park provides free WiFi, allows pets, and has a dump station and RV storage.   Amenities & Activities Campsite amenities offered include a community center, a camp store, a fishing pond, picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. Quail Ridge Campground is located approximately 1/8 of a mile East of I-35 and 100 yards South from Hwy 136 behind Taco Bell & Subway. Our park has 10 pull through concrete pad sites which include full hookups. It is within walking distance to food & fuel and offers easy access for those passing through for the night. Our sites are available on a first come, first served basis. We have spaces that will handle campers up to 36ft and additional spaces that will fit campers over 40+ feet. You're welcome to call ahead to see if we have available space. Check in and check out is at 12:00pm each day.
