Rules

General Rules

No vehicle or RV washing on campgrounds unless approved by management. · No mechanic work of any kind · No clotheslines · No window units · No deep freezers · No Space Heaters · No outdoor rugs allowed · No outside trashcans · No homesteading · All guests must keep their sites Clean. · Smoking is not permitted in any park building and butts must be disposed of correctly and not on the ground. · Alcohol use is permitted at sites, overindulgence is considered reached when it effects public peace, health, and safety. · Management must pre-approve any non-factory steps to RV. · Management must pre-approve all skirting for RVs · You must have a heated water hose installed before November 1st, otherwise water will be locked until one is installed. · You cannot dump liquid waste of any sort on the ground or dumpsters. Please ask the office where you can place it. · Sewer and water hookups must be fitted appropriately and supported to prevent leaks. Monthly guests must use the sewer support ladder. · No pets allowed in any park buildings. · Units 10 years or older will need to be approved by management. · All units must be in complete working condition.
