The Liberty Grove Campground is located at the beautiful Cooper Lake and is a great place for a quiet, relaxing Texas vacation. On the west side of the lake is the Cedar Creek East Loop for excellent scenic viewing and hiking. Biking and horseback riding are also common at this park. On the other side of the campground is the lake, which is perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. The campground is also perfect for picnicking, and many head out to various flat spots at dusk to enjoy sunset viewing and stargazing. The Lake Hawkins RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Hawkins, Texas and is a great spot for an authentic southern vacation. Situated right on the lake, campers can look forward to a host of excellent attractions, such as picnicking, hiking and biking, as well as fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding on the water. The lake is also extremely picturesque, and many visitors head out there at dusk for sunset viewing and stargazing. Just minutes from the park are a number of great eateries for campers to enjoy. Lake Point RV Resort is situated on Lake Ray Roberts in Valley View, just 20 minutes north of Denton. Close enough for convenience, but far enough away from the busy city life. The 36-acre property is heavily treed and borders the Corp of Engineers land and the lake, providing a beautiful and secluded location. Some of the amenities our guest love about Lake Point are the peacefully walking trails throughout the park, lake access, dog park, playground, and a large community center that houses clean bathrooms/showers and a laundry room. Our goal is for you to visit often or stay long term. We want you to feel at home while with us, and we will strive to accommodate your everyday needs. We have 74 sites that sit on 24 acres in a beautiful country setting. We are conveniently located near Interstate 30 and within 15 minutes of shopping and dining. There is a 1 acre catch and release lake that will be stocked with a variety of fish this spring. Also coming this spring we will have a dog park, playground, Event Barn and pavilion. We have a restroom/shower and laundry facility available at the office. There are many acres of walking trails in phase 2 of the RV park. Phase 2 will be coming later this year with tiny cabins and treehouses available to rent. We offer nightly, weekly and monthly rates. Our facility has 90 large pull-thru sites to accommodate Big Rigs, plus 38 back-in sites. All of our guests enjoy full hook-ups, 30/50A, concrete pads with grass yards, free Wi-Fi, and Cable TV at each site! All park roads are paved.
