Welcome to Sunset Acres long-term RV park conveniently located close to interstate 27 and loop 335. Our park offers a serene and peaceful setting for you to relax and unwind. With spacious RV sites and breathtaking views of the sunset, you'll feel right at home in our little piece of paradise. Electricity, sewer, water, Wi-Fi, and trash service included in monthly rate. Shower stalls, bathroom, and laundry facilities coming soon. We are also just 16 miles from The Palo Duro Canyon State Park. We are a family owned RV park, a hidden gem right on Route 66. All of our spaces are pull through, & Full hook up. We offer daily, weekly and monthly spaces . In addition we have Bath and shower house, as well as an on-site laundry facility & and free Wifi. Our management team also offers either a homemade breakfast each morning, and/or a variety of delicious homemade desserts each evening upon your arrival. You will always be greeted in person and directed to your space 24 hours a day. We are open 365 days a year. Our goal is for each of our guests to arrive as strangers and leave as family! Windmill Ranch Tulia is a 15 unit RV Park with one Tiny Cabin and one Guest House. Our park located in Tulia, Texas, which is centered just off of I-27, providing a central location for the Lubbock/Amarillo area. Visitors can look forward to exploring the Palo Duro Canyon, Lake Mackenzie or Caprock Canyon State Park. We feature 20/30/50 amp electrical boxes, sewer/water connections, internet and garbage receptacles.  Please note our park does not include restrooms, showers or laundry services at this time.  We are a small park with small town feels. Windmill Ranch RV is undergoing a change in ownership. The new owners are excited to serve you but also ask for your patience during this transition.   *If you come up N Hale Street please go slow. The Palo Duro RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Canyon and is a great place for a quiet and relaxing Texas vacation. Campers can enjoy a number of excellent attractions just beyond the campground including the Palo Duro Canyon State Park, Panhandle-Plains Historic Museum, Palo Duro Riding Stables and the Lighthouse Trail for excellent hiking and scenic viewing. Other great attractions and activities include: the Palo Duro Zipline Adventures, Elkins Ranch, Jeep tours, the Pioneer Amphitheater and Tex Randall. For the nature-enthusiast, the Buffalo Lake National Wildlife Refuge is a definite win, as is the Goodnight Memorial Trail. We offer pull thru sites, big rig access, water, sewerage,30/50 amp sites. Right off Eastbound side of Interstate 40 Exit 135 is the Alanreed Travel Center and Motel. Travelers can look forward to a quiet, peaceful stay, plenty of space for hiking and exploring and quaint local dining options. Nearby are Texas Beers & Wines, gifts, a post office, gas station and other conveniences. This campground includes water, sewerage, 30/50 amp hookups, pull thrus and big rig access. Sweetwater River Ranch is a park located near Texas Creek, Colorado. It features 18 full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them are pull through accessible. The park provides free WiFi, allows pets, and has a dump station.   Amenities & Activities Campsite amenities offered include docks, picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities.
