Reasonable price for proximity to Palo Duro Canyon but no cable and wifi only at clubhouse. Sites are long enough for our 34' trailer and truck but are back to back and very tight. Obviously an older park before slides. Our slide was a foot from our neighbor's slide and our awning couldn't be opened far or it would block the other neighbor's second door access. Several long term residents. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
