With spacious RV sites and breathtaking views of the sunset, you'll feel right at home in our little piece of paradise. Electricity, sewer, water, Wi-Fi, and trash service included in monthly rate. Shower stalls, bathroom, and laundry facilities coming soon. We are also just 16 miles from The Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Windmill Ranch Tulia is a 15 unit RV Park with one Tiny Cabin and one Guest House. Our park located in Tulia, Texas, which is centered just off of I-27, providing a central location for the Lubbock/Amarillo area. Visitors can look forward to exploring the Palo Duro Canyon, Lake Mackenzie or Caprock Canyon State Park. We feature 20/30/50 amp electrical boxes, sewer/water connections, internet and garbage receptacles.  Please note our park does not include restrooms, showers or laundry services at this time.  We are a small park with small town feels. Windmill Ranch RV is undergoing a change in ownership. The new owners are excited to serve you but also ask for your patience during this transition.   *If you come up N Hale Street please go slow. The street has some dips in the intersections*

The Palo Duro RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Canyon and is a great place for a quiet and relaxing Texas vacation. Campers can enjoy a number of excellent attractions just beyond the campground including the Palo Duro Canyon State Park, Panhandle-Plains Historic Museum, Palo Duro Riding Stables and the Lighthouse Trail for excellent hiking and scenic viewing. Other great attractions and activities include: the Palo Duro Zipline Adventures, Elkins Ranch, Jeep tours, the Pioneer Amphitheater and Tex Randall. For the nature-enthusiast, the Buffalo Lake National Wildlife Refuge is a definite win, as is the Goodnight Memorial Trail. We offer pull thru sites, big rig access, water, sewerage,30/50 amp sites. Amenities include WI-FI, restrooms, showers, weight room and clubhouse .  You can now make reservations for your stay by simply visiting our website.  The park is continually being improved to serve our guest better. Ole Towne Cotton Gin RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Quanah, Texas and is a great spot for a fun and relaxing vacation. Campers can look forward to a number of great attractions just beyond the campground including the Copper Breaks State Park, Quanah, Acme and Pacific Railroad Depot Museum, and plenty of miles of open coastline for picnicking, sunset and scenic viewing and stargazing. And of course, travelers can expect great local eateries and pubs to enjoy! Amenities at the park include: pool access, a hot tub, bathrooms, RV hookups, showers and laundry facilities. Our park is friendly, clean, and affordable! We have free wi-fi internet access, free cable, pull-thrus and back-ins, full 50 and 30 amp hook ups, and tent sites. We also have a sauna, covered pavilion with a grill, clean & hot showers, and storm shelters. A 2000 square foot recreational room with full kitchen is also available for club use. Our lounge has a pool table, comfy furniture and a television. We offer 24 hour registration, and 24 hour access to our on-site laundromat and showers. We are right off I-40 and very convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants. Discounts for Good Sam members, Military, and AAA members. 

Roaring Springs Ranch Club is located in the beautiful town of Roaring Springs, Texas and is a great spot for an easy-going southern escape. Campers can look forward to a breathtaking natural terrain with plenty of fresh air and clear skies for sunset viewing and stargazing. There's also a number of onsite activities to enjoy, such as golfing, swimming, fishing and boating. Plus, there's also opportunities for ATV/motorcycle touring. For the urban adventurer, there's great local bars and craft eateries for visitors and locals alike to enjoy! Sweetwater River Ranch is a park located near Texas Creek, Colorado. It features 18 full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them are pull through accessible. The park provides free WiFi, allows pets, and has a dump station.   Amenities & Activities Campsite amenities offered include docks, picnic tables, fire circles, and grills.
