At Overgaard RV Resort, our goal is to not only to be your favorite place to escape the heat and the hustle of the big city, but to make the process easy and enjoyable for you. We are a full-service RV resort with a wide range of experience. We want you to feel at home in our community and we are building and improving everyday to make your vacation, Summer stay or year round residency rewarding, relaxing and fun! We have so much fun and enjoy the most beautiful surroundings in the State of Arizona. Most RV resorts in the area are closed for winter but we are open year round and have tenants who stay all through the year. Of course, we also love our seasonal and short term guests and their contribution to our community. We are not right on the highway so we enjoy the sounds and sights of nature rather than the sounds of traffic. That makes us a little harder to find but if you ask us, we wouldn't have it any other way! We are tucked back in the pines with wildlife and natural beauty. We enjoy the changing of the seasons and all of the colors and divine beauty that those changes bring. We have laundry facilities and Public showers and we also have a clubhouse with cable TV, billiards and other perks for guests and residents. Our clubhouse also serves as a meeting place for the many activities that are offered for anyone who wants to join us. Also, we have added a dedicated high speed internet connection that is being tested and perfected as we speak. It is available now for residents and guests and it is fast and reliable enough to keep you in touch while you're enjoying the peace and quiet. We've tried to think of everything but we know that there is always room for improvement. That's why we are always looking for ways to make our park better and to keep things modern, convenient and comfortable without interfering with the natural beauty of our surroundings. We know that's what brings most folks up this way and we can't help but appreciate the pines, wildlife and majestic beauty that we are so lucky to experience at our 6,500 foot elevation.  

The OK RV Park is located in the cozy town of Holbrook, Arizona, and is a great place to enjoy a relaxing outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to the breathtaking sites of the Petrified Forest and the Painted Desert National Park, both with intricate and challenging trails for visitors to hike, bike and explore. Canyon de Chelly, the Meteor Crater and the Harvey House in Winslow are also relatively close by and certainly worth a visit. With sight-seeing, campers can expect cool temperatures and plenty of excellent local eats to satisfy hungry travelers after a long day of exploring. Jim Gray's Petrified Wood Gift shop is definitely a great stop after dinner in downtown Holbrook. There, campers can buy excellent locally made wood arts and crafts.

Campers can look forward to wide desert vistas for exploring, biking and ATV tours as well as cultural and historic sites. Closer to the town center are attractions like Madonna of the trail, Casa Malpais and the White Mountain Dinosaur Exploration Center. At Becker Lake for trout fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. And of course, travelers can expect wide, open skies for sunset viewing and stargazing.

The Sinkhole Campground is located in the beautiful town  of Payson, Arizona and is a great location for a great outdoor adventure. Situated in the ponderosa pine forest, this campground is within walking distance of Willow Springs Lake which provides boating and fishing opportunities. Hiking and mountain biking opportunities are nearby in the non-motorized Wildlife Area, plus, the General Crook National Recreation Trail is also within a mile of the campground. Pro-tip, if you're camping through July and August be prepared for rain, but otherwise expect cool to cold nighttime temperatures and plenty of open skies for stargazing. 

Moon Meadows is located in the beautiful, quaint town of St. John's, Arizona and is a great spot for site seeing on a quiet, southwestern vacation. Campers can look forward to the Casa Malpais Ruins, Concho Valley Golf Course and the Big Lake Recreation Area which is perfect for fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. The Meteor Craters, art galleries, museums, the Petrified Forests and Raven site Ruibns and Petroglyphs are also especially popular. The Rolfe C. Hoyer Campground is located in the cozy town of Greer, Arizona and is the largest, most popular place to camp in the area. At an elevation of over 8,300 feet and nestled under ponderosa pine, the campground enjoys cool temperatures and is just across from Greer Lake, drawing thousands of boaters and trout fishers each year. The Squirrel Spring Trailhead is located just outside the park, and many follow that path to surround themselves by the area's picturesque wildlife and terrain.
