Apache-Sitgreaves/Benny Creek

Overview

The Apache-Sitgreaves Campground is located at Benny Creek in Springerville, Arizona and is a great spot for a quiet, outdoor adventure. Of course many head to Benny Creek for water sports, so if you love water activities, you'll enjoy the the trout and angler fishing and rafting at the creek. Campers can also look forward to wide desert vistas for exploring, biking and ATV tours as well as cultural and historic sites. Closer to the town center are attractions like Madonna of the trail, Casa Malpais and the White Mountain Dinosaur Exploration Center. At Becker Lake for trout fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. And of course, travelers can expect wide, open skies for sunset viewing and stargazing.
