If you're looking for a quiet getaway in an idyllic desert setting, you'll especially enjoy your time at this park. Look forward to a quick walk to the beach at dawn or visiting the gold mines of ghost town nearby. Unlike other parks, Caballo Lake RV Park doesn't have a nearby train creating noise pollution, which serial visitors to the lake especially appreciate. They also love the hot mineral baths near the site.

The Club Cove Campground is located at the Elephant Butte Lake State Park in New Mexico. Campers can look forward to acres and acres of gorgeous southwestern terrain, and a lake ready for all the water sports you could imagine. Get ready for swimming, fishing, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking and canoeing, and be sure to hang around at dusk to catch one of those iconic New Mexico sunsets. Hiking and biking are also popular activities at this campground, so be sure to pack well for the fun! A relatively short drive from the park will take you to restaurants, museums and other great attractions. 

With RV and tent sites available near the Caballo Lake, Appaloosa Campground is one of several campgrounds in the area. Popular especially among RVers who frequent the area, the campground is great for fishing at the lake, boating, wildlife viewing and of course, some pretty majestic New Mexico sunrises and sunsets. Walk to the nearby park office to chat with the rangers about the best canoeing, horseback riding and hiking spots in the area, and be sure to spread a blanket at least one evening to enjoy the cool twilight weather. The area is especially known for kite boarding and wind surfing so look forward to that!

The Palomino Campground is located at Caballo Lake State Park and is a beautiful, quintessential New Mexico spot. Framed against the Caballo Mountains, the lake boasts spectacular and colorful views as well as a variety of water activities such as boating, swimming, boating, kayaking, canoeing and fishing. Tired of the water? Visitors and locals alike enjoy land sports such as biking, hiking, horseback riding, birding and picnicking. Additionally, you can expect excellent winter time skiing, jet skiing and wind surfing, and with the iconic New Mexico sunrises and sunsets, be sure to bring your camera to take some great shots.

The Paseo Del Rio Campground is located in the Elephant Butte Lake State Park, and is perfect for a long escape into the natural terrain of the southwest. far from the crowds with plenty of open space, this park offers visitors the chance to spread out and roam on foot, ATV of bike. Go to the lake to enjoy excellent fishing, boating, water skiing or just an easy-going afternoon on a paddle board. There's also plenty of clear, open skies for stargazing and of course, don't be shy about soaking in those iconic New Mexico sunrises and sunsets. 

The Lost Canyon Campground is located in the Elephant Butte Lake State Park is one of the most central to the lake of all the campgrounds in the area. Campers here can enjoy a plethora of great activities such as water skiing, fishing, swimming, boating, canoeing and paddle boarding, as well as enjoy local attractions in the city. Nearby is a visitor center (on Broadway) with tons of helpful guides so you can get the most out of your stay. There's also a museum for visitors to peruse and a ghost town nearby. Also be sure to look up at night to see the spectacular light show iconic of the southwest. 

The South Highlands Campground is located in the Elephante Butte Lake State Park and is in a secluded area perfect for an escape into the serene southwestern landscape. Explore the gorgeous desert vistas that are mixed in with hills and lakes, for a great outdoor adventure. Make your way down to the lake for water skiing, paddle boarding, fishing and of course swimming, and strap on your hiking boots to hit the trails on foot or bike. The area also his clear, expansive skies ideal for stargazing and for campers to enjoy the excellent sunrises and sunsets New Mexico is known for.

The Elephant Butte Inn and Spa is one of Elephant Butte's most luxurious parks. Visitors can expect a gorgeous campus with beautiful almost tropical flowers, mixed in with the typical mix of New Mexico foliage. With sweeping views of the lake, sunrises and sunsets at this inn are spectacular. The inn is also close to the hot springs of Truth or Consequence, and visitors enjoy onside golfing, water sports, ghost town exploration, museums, hiking, water rafting, wind surfing, shopping, fishing and rockhounding. There's plenty to do, so plan for a logn stay!

Our family-owned park is newly purchased in 2018, and is prided on providing exceptional service and a memorable experience to our visitors. Since purchasing the park, it has been consistently updated, adding several new amenities, ensuring it is the most comfortable stay possible. Some of the new amenities include, an office building, full-laundry facility, full- bathroom with shower, metal privacy fence, BBQ grill, picnic table, dog run, and many trees and roses were planted to brighten up the park.  Each site offers free basic Wi-Fi, water, sewer, and LED lights on the RV pedestal making it easier for utility connections. There are plenty of pull through sites with 40-50 foot shade trees, which is nice for getting out of the New Mexico heat. Hatch is a small, quaint, and relaxing place to pass through any time of year. It is known as the "Chile Capital of the World," for growing both red and green chile. Thousands of people visit from around the country to buy and stock up on their chile for the year. During harvest time, you can smell the chile as it is being roasted, stroll through various chile stands, and see the locals making beautiful ristras. It truly is an experience to be had! This park is centrally located and within walking distance to several unique locally family owned and operated restaurants. The most notable is the famous Sparky’s Burgers and BBQ, but Valley Café Restaurant is a personal favorite! You will also find authentic chile stands, food/fruit stands, as well as, local and imported hand-made Mexican folk art, including pottery and iron figurines. It is a short drive to either, Caballo or Elephant Butte Lake, should you want to spend some time on the water! Or if you want to take the short drive into the “Big City” of Las Cruces, and do some dining and shopping you can do that too! The Mountain Spirits RV Park is located in Mimbres, New Mexico and is known for its proximity to the Gila National Forest and the Trail of the Mountain Spirits. The park is also close by Bear Canyon Lake, art galleries in Silver City, the Faywood Hot Springs, Mimbres Cultural Heritage Site and many other local attractions. There's plenty to see and do so be sure to stay for several days or a week. At an elevation of over 5,800 feet, park visitors enjoy insanely cool weather and gorgeous views of the desert vista and mountains.
