Wagon Wheel RV Park Rules

PETS Of course, pets are welcome! As long as they are friendly. Absolutely NO nuisance barking, or aggressive animals allowed. Indoor cats are welcome too. Do not leave your pets outside unattended. All dogs must remain on a leash at all times in the park. Please pick up after your own pet. RESERVATIONS Each reservation includes 2 adults, 1, RV, and 1 vehicle. Children under age 18 are always FREE! Additional adults are $5/day. Guests will receive receipts by email for all payments made to the Park. For our guests staying 30 days or more, reservations must be made by calling our front office at call sms (575) 309-3023. PORTALES LOCATION ONLY: Extended stay campers are responsible for paying for the electricity they use each month. A deposit of $100 is required at the time of reservation along with the first month’s payment. Meters are read on the last day of each month and notifications are sent by email to our extended stay campers. PAYMENTS We accept all major credit cards, cash, and money orders. If you would like to pay by check, you must arrange this in advance with management. A (?) processing fee applies to all credit card payments. RV'S AND VEHICLES Management reserves the right to refuse service to any RV based on its appearance and/or condition. If your RV is 10 years or older, pictures are required for approval prior to confirmation of reservation. Please call (575) 309-3023 for further details. All vehicles, including RV must have current registration, insurance and license plates and must be in operational condition. NO mechanical repairs, whether to RV or vehicle, are allowed on the park premises, unless prior arrangements are made with management. SPEED LIMIT This is a family friendly park. This means drive slowly in the park. Watch for children. Throw your trash away in dumpsters. SITE RULES Please keep your site clean, nice, and neat. Only outdoor furniture is allowed outside in the sites. No fences, pallets, or household furniture. All outdoor items must be stored/secured prior to leaving your site for an extended amount of time. Please do not leave pet food or trash outside, as it attracts unwanted animals. NO DRUGS. NO FIGHTING, NO NONSENSE. NO RIFF-RAFF. Again, this is a family friendly park! If the police are called on you or someone in your RV, and/or if police come to your site for any reason, other than a medical emergency- you will immediately be asked to leave. NO WARNINGS. NO REFUNDS. WINTERIZATION RULES For campers staying with us through fall/winter. We freeze here in Portales/Clovis. Heated hoses are required in our park starting November 15th. We will remind you of this when time gets close. To avoid damage to your RV pipes and our pipes, heated hoses work best. Campers who fail to winterize and damages occur, fees will apply. RELEASE FROM LIABILITY Camper RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, and COVENANTS NOT TO SUE Tyco RV Park Partnership DBA Wagon Wheel RV Park or their directors, officers, agents, employees, and insurance carriers from any loss, damage, claim, or demand, whatsoever, including any such claims relating to injury or loss to the person or property of Camper or resulting in the death of a Camper, whether caused by the negligence of any Tyco RV Park Partnership DBA Wagon Wheel RV Park or otherwise while the Camper is in or upon the RV Park and/or participating in any RV Park activity. INDEMNIFICATION Camper agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tyco RV Park Partnership DBA Wagon Wheel RV Park and their directors, officers, agents, employees, and insurance carriers from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to the presence of Campers in or upon the RV Park or in or around the RV, including, but not limited to, any and all damages, loss, theft, or destruction of any personal property or RV’s, or vehicles. FAILURE TO FOLLOW PARK GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN THE CAMPER’S EXPULSION WITHOUT REFUND.
