Located in Hayesville, North Carolina, Sundowner RV Resort offers full 30/50 amp sites to all guest. Some of our top amenities include laundry facilities, bathhouse, WiFi and a game room to list a few! The mountains are our playground as we are centrally located to a various amount of adventurous activities such as golf courses, water activities, hiking, wide roads for the enthusiasts as well as a folk art and antiques. Located in the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains close to the North Georgia State Line our guests can further explore all of the beauty and activities that Lake Chatuge, the Nantahala National Forest of North Carolina, the Chattahoochee National Forest of Georgia and the Great Smokey Mountains of Tennessee have to offer.
