Was there Christmas of 2017. Not bad. Rained a lot. Sites are level. Hook ups work. Nice pool. People don't follow pet rules. The sites closest to the beach can be hard to get out of since they are so close to the fence/gate and make it hard to get a wide turn to exit. Park is in a good location to town. Over all....not bad.
