Sorry wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. Driving through a nudist subdivision with several nudists walking around was a poor experience. Also the sites are dirt, no gravel, our tires sunk into the groundthe trees are too close for the size of our camper.

During our recent visit to Praeder Ranch Resort, we had an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to the staff’s outstanding service. Tina, in particular, was incredibly helpful in showing us around the place. Her knowledge and enthusiasm truly enhanced our stay. Additionally, the grounds person was super friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the resort. Their friendliness and dedication to guests’ comfort did not go unnoticed. Overall, the resort provided a delightful escape with its excellent facilities and warm hospitality. We highly recommend Praeder Ranch Resort to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Excellent place to stay. They have rooms at the lodge or camping. Beautiful grounds. Good trails. Lots of activities available. The staff is incredible! Very attentive to your needs, and willing to help. Good place to just relax or to stay active. Heyburn State Park us just 10 minutes away. I highly recommend this place.

The staff were welcoming and made us all feel very comfortable. They gave us wood when we ran out and also an axe to chop kindling =) They invited us to their Halloween party and made us feel right at home! I was skeptical at first, having to drive through the nudist community, but the place is very cozy and everyone was extremely nice =) Will definitely be returning for a visit again!

Praeder Ranch and Resort will always have my heart! This is our second time staying here and this time we invited all of our friends. We had a wonderful time! Every need was met. Do yourself a favor and take a break from all of the stressors here!

Great stay for the price! It was in the perfect location for us! The staff was so friendly and always checking up on us! They had a ton of amenities! The facilities were very clean! Not a five star only because the mattress was not great! Other than that, we would stay there again!

A great experience. I recommend without hesitation. The resort has so much to offer. A lot of things to do. Its very quiet and restful. Incredibly kind and welcoming staff. We stayed in an RV site but toured one of the lodge rooms and it was adorable. Very warm and welcoming with a rustic cabin feel. The grounds need some love but its clear they are actively working on improvements. I hope there are plans for a small restaurant/bar at some point. Give this place a try and help them grow. We will be back. ❤️

It would be nice if weeds were under better control and there was an option to have a picnic table at sites. The camp site we were given for our 34’ trailer and truck was very difficult to maneuver into and required the sweet campers across from us moving their car to get our camper aligned into a straight in site (sites should be angled at a slant for better maneuverability into site), and I could hear the electricity arcing when I plugged the trailer into the electrical box. That said, the outdoor pool was a delight although the cement needs to be resurfaced badly. Indoor amenities like the indoor pool were lovely although some of the games were out of order (air hockey & skee ball) The hosts were wonderful! As for the nudist community and encountering any naturalists in their element - Our first trip through the naturalist community to go check out the facility a month prior to our stay we didn’t encounter any residence in the buff. However, on our way into the resort for our 4 day/3 night stay, there were two completely nude men in the middle of the road resurfacing spots in the street. It was impossible to avert one’s eyes if you wanted to. Upon leaving to take a drive around the lake and check out the marina there was a nude gentleman sitting in a lawn chair in his driveway. As we were leaving the resort at the end of our stay there was one nude gentleman walking down the road. It is clear you are likely to witness naturalists in their element while visiting Praeder Resort.

A sign on the highway would be nice. Expensive and no picknick table. Wi-Fi locked in all right but both days, didn’t work, no connection.

The people that worked there where so nice and helpful. The place is pretty ran down but they are new owners and working on it and once they get things done I think it will be great. The pools and hot tub where very dirty. The prices to stay there are pretty high for the condition it is in. We will try again next year to see if there are improvements. I hope so because it would be a great place.

Overall has much potential. However unable to use outdoor pool (green). Many weeds on grounds. Property seemed like it needed so much work. Owners very nice people

Rustic, quiet, and secluded. Just what I wanted and needed to van camp for a long weekend. The owner and staff were super friendly and helpful. Even though the temperatures were very hot out, I kept cool in the shade on the patio and swimming in the pool. The owner is in the process of updating and upgrading the resort and she was even digging deep in a muddy hole herself to fix a broken water pipe. This place has a wonderful make-yourself-at-home kind of feel to it. I loved the solitude, treed campsites, stunning night sky, and access to trails.

It was a beautiful setting and very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean. You can tell the new owners have put a lot of work into updating the buildings. I will definitely stay there again.

This was a cute and fun space for our family reunion. The cabin was clean and cozy with a mini fridge and microwave. There was no shower and the smart tv would not connect due to poor wifi issues across the resort. It would have been so awesome to be able to sit in the hot tub at night…unfortunately, it was just a cold tub! The sauna was nice though.

Generally nice, with lots of amenities. But: Everything seemed to be in deteriorating faster than the efforts to maintain them. Pool had rust spots and rough patches, spa cover held down with loose boards and a brick. Several games were out of order. Around the indoor pool, doors barely slid. We didn’t observe any other guests using the many amenities so it’s easy to understand why there may not be much incentive to maintain them in good condition.

The RV ranch resort sounded good when reading their website, but it proved to be quite disappointing. Buildings, facilities, and landscaping maintenance are sorely lacking. The roads are dusty and the entire resort in overgrown with weeds. Apparently the new owners want to sell the resort (flip for big bucks) and really don't give a hoot about the shabbiness and lack of maintenance. This RV resort has definitely seen better days.
