Welcome to the newest home away from home RV park located near Lake Texoma in Kingston, Oklahoma. Oakview RV Park has majestic oak trees providing plenty of shade on those sunny days when you want to enjoy the great outdoors. The campground features back in, full 20/30/50 amp sites along with amenities that include picnic tables, fire pits and more. Some outdoor activities include biking, fishing, scenic drives, boating, golf and stargazing to list a few. Whether its for a short and or long term stay, we hope to see you soon!

Rules

NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED

One of the things we love the most about our little RV park is the abundance of mature oak trees on the property. For the safety of our precious trees and our guests we do not allow fireworks of any kind. Thanks for your cooperation.

Occupancy

Our rates include 2 guests per site. Additional guests are $3.00 per night per guest with maximum of 5 guests per site. Additional occupants must be approved by management prior to check-in.

RV Restrictions

RV's that are more than 12 years old must be approved by management. Please email pictures to oakviewrvpark@gmail.com for approval.

Trash

Please deposit trash into the dumpster located at the front of the park. Our trash is picked up every THURSDAY!

Check-ins

There is no set check-in time, however we ask that you let us know when you are two hours away.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice for a full refund (minus the non-refundable fees) Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be given a refund of 50%. THE $5.00 SERVICE FEE AND THE PROCESSING FEE APPLIED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Pet Restrictions

-2 are pets allowed per site. - ABSOLUTELY NO PETS TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED (NO TETHERING ALLOWED). -Must be kept on a leash at all times. -Please clean up after your pets. -No aggressive breeds allowed. -All pets must be current on rabies vaccinations. **Management may ask to see a copy/copies of your pet(s) current “rabies vaccination certificate” issued by your veterinarian with tags at the time the shots were given.

Absolutely wonderful. The hosts are excellent people and very helpful. Always willing to help and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this park. Lots of shaded spots. Great location to the lake and accessibility to the beaches. We will be back.

We were greeted and helped with parking, Debbie is polite and very nice on the phone, Eddie was the one who greeted us and helped with parking. We were able to choose our parking spot also! Some spots are slanted since it's on a downward hill, just come prepared for that. But we like it! Full hook up, dumpster on site, no trouble, friendly and highly recommended! They have a military discount!

The owners are an absolute dream to stay around! Very friendly and so helpful when setting up. They go above and beyond for their campers and we thoroughly enjoy our stay with them. We highly recommend staying at oakview!

Excellent owners...they live there. Relaxing, shaded, enjoyed very much chatting with Eddie. I needed stuff from Dollar General,, and he took me up there.. Great guy, except for those dang Oklahoma politics😇😀😎. Will definitely return.

Loved the area, it was covered in tree's, not shere you could see or get around but just right. Quiet for just laying back and relaxing, if you wanted to go to water "three different beaches" or to a restaurant, very easy !! I will be going back!!

Our favorite place to go! The camp hosts are the best and go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a wonderful time. Our 10 year old always makes friends with the other kids that are camping and they all play in the sandpit with there toys. Our teenager enjoys the short drive on the golf cart to the lake to ride jet skis and hang out with friends. At night we all come together and cook s’mores on the rustic fire pit provided. A great place for the family.

Worst RV camp ground ever! Let me break it down. 1. The spots are so uneven that we maxed out our RV height trying to get it level. It never got there. 2. The owner “helped” everyone back in to their spots. I had to yell to my husband to stop before he hit a tree. One of the other guests weren’t so lucky. They listened to him and wrecked their RV and truck. 3. Not enough room between spaces to even relax due to the waste/sewer water and electric of the neighbors being two feet from our picnic table and “fire pit”. 4. Our fire pit was a used car wheel. We couldn’t even roast marshmallows. 5.This one is two fold, putting the garbage in the bin and trying to get out of the RV park was horribly difficult due to the position of the entrance and the hills on both sides so you can’t see the on coming traffic until it’s too late.

I am very sorry you didn’t have a great experience like everyone else. All of our previous guests have all said what a beautiful park we have and “we will be back”. I will respond to each of your concerns: 1. There are many ways to level your camper, not just put the jacks down. We would have helped you if we had known. 2. I don’t know what you are talking about here. No one has wrecked their camper or truck or anything else at this park. 3. You had no neighbors on your door side. If you didn’t like the picnic table where it was located, you could have asked us and we would have moved it for you. We would have even moved you to another space if we had known you were unhappy. 4. A lot of parks have truck rims for fire pits. The other campers with kids made s’mores. 5. There were 2 trash cans across the way from your site, in addition to the dumpster by the road. There is only a hill on the east side. This is the reason we typically escort our campers out. We have been dealing with the sheriff and county commissioner to try to get some resolve to this issue. Debbie
