The Mustang Bayou RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Alvin and is a great spot for a quiet and cozy southern vacation. Campers there can expect plenty of trees, shaded sites and a peaceful atmosphere as well as close proximity to Galveston Beach. Campers can also look forward to Brazos Bend State Park, Bayou Wildlife Zoo and the gorgeous San Luis Pass. Also popular are the HMNS George Observatory, Southwyck Golf Club and Crocodile Encounter. Travelers also flock to the abundance of city and state parks in the area, ideal for hiking, biking, exploring, stargazing and sunset viewing. The Tom Blakeney Jr. Hike and Bike Trail is especially well-known among locals and visitors alike. Many go to the Haak Vineyard and Winery, then head to the Heritage Park Overlook Basin or Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge Discovery Center. I lived at this RV park for a few years. The new owners know the Wi-Fi is terrible but doesn’t want to do anything about it, they constantly change their minds and secretly add on fees to people. Rent should not fluctuate constantly up to down because of a mysterious extra fee. Amps we’re being told will go up in cost however they constantly change their minds. Terrible communication, the only person you can get in touch with is the only manager there which is constantly busy with all the tasks she has.

Very nice, clean and peaceful park. Nice showers and laundry room. Karen and her husband are very sweet. Great place to stay for short or long term. Highly recommend Mustang Bayou RV Park!!

Manger and her husband helped us find a rv technician to come fix our air conditioner. We were traveling and didn't know the area. We will stay at this park on our way home. Very clean laundry room and bathrooms. Other residents are friendly and helpful as well.
