Rules

Housekeeping

Campsite & Horse Stalls must be kept clean of trash and clutter. Keep your campsite neat, clean, and orderly. Deposit trash in the containers provided. Leave your campsite as clean as you found it.

Firearms

Discharging of firearms is prohibited at any time within the park

Dumpsters

Dumpsters on the premises are intended for use of trash created during your stay. No outside trash should be brought to our campground.

On-site Facilities

Bathrooms and showers are intended for reservation guest only.

Cleaning Fees

If stabling facilities & campsite are not cleaned prior to check-out, we will charge your credit card an additional $40.00 cleaning fee. Wheelbarrows and muck forks are available for your use.

Animal Feces

Animal feces must be cleaned up before check-out. For extended stays, please keep campsites and horse stalls maintained.

Pets

Pets must be kept under owners’ control at all times. Pet owners will be held liable for any encounters and all damage caused by their pet.

Campfires

Midnight Campground does not supply a fire pit or fire ring. If a portable campfire is use, the guest is responsible for cleaning up all debris and ashes from the fire. Campfires must be kept at a reasonable level and under control at all time. Wood burning campfires are strictly NOT allowed in campsites that do not have water. Please check to see if there is a burn ban in effect before lighting any fires. https://ag.ok.gov/divisions/forestry-services/

Quiet Hours

10:00pm & 7:00am. During quiet time please be considerate of your neighbors. Please keep your pets quiet, do not run generators, play music, or engage in loud or disruptive behavior.

Extra Tents

Each RV campsite is allowed one tent in addition to the RV. Additional tents beyond the first tent require a tent permit with a fee of $5 each. If a campsite does not have an RV, the camp site is allowed three camp tents at no additional charge

Vehicles

Speed limit is 10 mph. One extra vehicle per site beyond the RV and tow vehicle is acceptable but may not be parked out of the established sites. Extra vehicles refers to cars/trucks/SUV’s and towable trailers. Only one RV is permitted per campsite. A maximum of two additional vehicle parking permits of $5 each per night may be acquired. Additional parking outside of the established campsite requires a parking permit & is intended for vehicles only. No towable trailers allowed in these parking spots. In the event the reserved campsite doesn’t have an RV, the reserved campsite should not exceed a total of three vehicles and trailers combined. All Vehicles, RV’s and Trailers must be operational & movable at all times.

Change Policy

A minimum $10.00 service charge will apply for each change to this reservation. Changes made within one (1) day of scheduled check-in are subject to a change fee equal to one (1) days reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to a minimum $10 cancellation fee. In addition, cancellations made 3 – 14 days before scheduled check-in day, are subject to a penalty equal to one (1) nights reservation fee. Cancellations made two days or less before the day of scheduled check-in, are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation total. Payment Policy

A payment of 100% of reservation fee is required at time of booking. Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Midnight Campground LLC. to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure. By starting your camping stay, you acknowledge that you have read the rules and fees associated with Midnight Campground LLC. and agree to the terms and conditions that pertain to your reservation. You agree that your credit card on file can be charged for any additional fees incurred.
