Rules

Check In Procedures

All Campers and Long-Tem Stays must Register upon arriving in the park. Reservations and Invoices must be paid in advance. We accept cash, debit, or credit cards with proper ID. We Do Not Accept Checks. Please contact the office for late departure rates if you are a long-term camper. There is an additional charge for Washer/ Dryers and Electric Heaters in your Rv, and Window Air units. We do not include these charges in the Rent to help us keep our rates low. Prices are subject to change with notices. We reserve the right to refuse to accept further rent from any person who fails to comply with these rules and regulations. If you are asked to vacate the property, there are NO REFUNDS.

Quiet Hours

LOUD Music will NOT be allowed at any time, nor will loud radios or other excessive noise be tolerated. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM so please respect other tenants in the park. Drunkenness, immoral or illegal conduct will not be tolerated. These acts could be the cause for immediate EVICTION from the park.

General Rules

Everyone is expected to keep their space clean and orderly. All sewer lines must be free from leaks and have a “do-nut” or threaded attachment into the sewer. We will hold Parents responsible for any damages caused by their children. Residents of the park will also be responsible for their guests and pets. Any damages done to the park property or equipment, caused by the resident or his/her guest will be required to pay for repairs or replacement of it. If there are any problems or damages at your sites please inform us immediately.

Late Fee

There will be a $10.00 late fee per day, if rent is not paid by the due date. You will receive a notice and if no response is made from you, your next notice will be to vacate the premises.

Pet Policy

2 Pet Max per RV Reservation. Pets are welcome. NO DOGS OR CATS allowed running loose, Dogs must be leashed at all times while on the park property. Pets that are tied outside on the renter’s site must be attended at all times. DO NOT TIE pets to any of the park's trees or fixtures. Cleanup is required and enforced and is the responsibility of the pet owner. NO AGGRESSIVE pets are allowed in the park. If your dog or cat becomes a nuisance, you will have to get rid of your pet or you will be asked to leave

Car Policy

Cars shall be parked only in designated areas, NOT ON GRASS. If cars are not being used, you should take them elsewhere for storage. NO Repairing or overhauling of cars/trucks is permitted on park property. Cars and RVs must be parked in each assigned lot. Two vehicles per site unless okayed by management. Please do not wash autos or RV’s with hose. Do not park in RV open spaces. Outside RV lights are not to be left on after 9:00 PM. NO STORAGE/PORTABLE buildings will be accepted on your site.

Speed Limit

The speed limit is 5mph. Please watch for Children, pets, or pedestrians crossing the road. Drive on roads only; do not use pull-thru spaces for shortcuts. If you are asked to vacate property there are NO REFUNDS.
