The campground was nicely kept, could use some weeding in the gravel pads, but not one single problem came up during our visit. Sites were spacious enough to easily navigate around and back into and the location was incredibly convenient for getting into and out of town in our trip.

We only stayed 2 nights. The new owner Emily was very nice. The campground is close to fishing, and shopping. Nice roomy lots, hookups handy, clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The spots were nice and large. Had full hook ups. Campground was quiet and people were nice. Only loud part was being right by the airport . Would stay again for just sleeping. We stayed for a weekend for a wedding and was barely there. The playground needs to be fixed. Slide was broke and kids couldn't play with it. There was also dog poop in the sandbox underneath.

Kind of run down. No one there to check you in. Most of the sites are up or down hill. Quiet and not a lot of outside oise.

Very nice campground. Just taken over by new owners. Zac was very helpful. Laundry was lacking washers, and couldn’t find public restrooms, but we would stay there again. Great location near shops and nearby towns.

Quaint place to camp. I only wish they would complete the shower house. 🙏🙏🙏

So disappointing, weeds, no advertised laundry. The shed with junk thrown in fronot of door, tells you alot on how you care for this site. We have traveled from AZ to WAhsington DC in the last 17 days, 18 states, our first camp ground that was disappointing. We expect you to remove your advertising of a laundry service available that is not.

Good location, with full hookups, in a popular area. They do list wifi as available, but it absolutely was not. Pretty quiet, except the airport, but that wasn’t too bad. A good balance of shade/trees and grass. Sites are long and narrow. When we backed all the way in the site, far enough to put the slide out, we were in a tree. When we pulled forward enough to not harm the tree there wasn’t enough room to park the truck without being perpendicular to the site, and were told we couldn’t park on the grass so we had to park in the hotel/guest parking area. Overall it’s a decent place to stay and close to all the fun things in Alexandria. I would like to see recycling options& available wifi. I have stayed here in the past and would stay again.

Good place for a quick stop over. RV Park is behind the motel grounds. Wifi is non-existent in RV park, staff did not respond to request to provide wifi as described as an available amenity. Sites were pretty level but small, some big rigs were provided larger sites. Dirt sites with some grass, some trees for shade. I would stay here again for 1 or 2 nights.

The camp was clean and quiet. We were there at the beginning of June, during the week. They were preparing the unused sites for the weekend. The price was very reasonable. And the people who were there were kind and answered what ever questions we had. There were a lot of things to do and see in the area. Found it just by luck and we were VERY HAPPY WITH IT. Thank you so very much.

Great place to camp close to town close to all the lakes for fishing

Place was small and the sites if you want to call them that were close together. As we were setting up we were told to not park on the grass. There was no grass. The fire ring was filled with trash. Ok for a one night. It is also at the end of a runway.

Campground Response

We are sorry to hear your stay was less then you'd expected. We appreciate the feedback as we are always looking to do better. We will take a look at the issues you've expressed and see what we can do to correct them. I'm sorry to hear the airport across the hwy from us was a bother to you, sadly that is not something we can make different. We hope you stop back in the future. Thanks again!

This is definitely one of those all-in-one campgrounds, which is exactly what my husband and I were looking for. We really just wanted a place that was quiet, had great staff plus a bunch to do, which is what you'll get at this Cruise Inn location. Philip likes to fish, so he spent a lot of time at the lake side while I kayaked and canoed every other day. There's also a lot of acreage to go out exploring, and if you get tired of the campsite, the town area is relatively close by with a few things to do like cool restaurants and bars. Certainly worth a try!
