Great place to go, we have been going there for years in fact we live within a few miles of the campground, the only problem I’ve ever seen was this past weekend when a guy obviously from the city thinking he was park patrol and tried to scold us for riding back to our campsite only to find him standing in the middle of the road ready to show his cuteness

Great park! We love camping local in our back yard! The staff is wonderful! Beautiful lake and park! I’ve been here 30+ years and my husband has been here 50+ years!

The only suggestion that we have is the quiet time on Friday and Saturday night should be increased by an hour or two! We are in our 50’s and all of our friends that were there are also close to our age. 10pm was way too early for us!!!!

Hard to rate because of an experience with loud side by sides, would have been 4 stars or more. The park doesn't allow 4hweelers, but allows side by sides that are just as loud. They have a 10pm noise curfew, but it's not enforced. People drinking and driving side by sides made our experience frustrating dealing with that noise and annoyance. Camping there would have been a nice quiet time otherwise. Beautiful spot and the kids love the beach by the lake. The water is really clear.

Every thing was fine. However 3 different issues need to be taken in review. #1 Driveway into lot 13, needs to be wider so vehicles will be safe from traffic by being able to pull away from road. Even with a 30 ft camper, it doesn't leave good room for the truck. #2. The sewer from the bathhouse needs to be somehow upgraded. The smell in the afternoon is pretty bad. May have to get the county involved on this as for cost. Otherwise every thing else was good and I have notice the improvements you have made. #3. Get the county to haul in a couple of loads of fairly large rock, to fill in the ditch on the walking trail. large enough that the water won't wash away. We will be back.

Love this place. Lots of good sites to stay at but #4 is by far the best view of the lake. The staff is super friendly. We go at least twice a year with a group of people. Look forward to the next time.

Without a doubt, this is our favorite place to camp. We went for the total eclipse and we were not disappointed. The staff is the best that you could ask for. The grounds are always clean and mowed. It's quiet and never have had any issues. The camp store is well stocked and fairly priced. We're going back again this summer!

Very nice place! This was our first trip there and we will plan on going back! Plenty of tent sites, cabins and RV sites, to accommodate anyone. There are even RV hookups right along the beach! The beach is nice and there is even a section that is white sand. Bring your boat and launch it off the boat ramp on-site. Book a get away and relax!
