Pine Ridge is a Small House (Mobile Homes & Cabins) and RV Community nestled conveniently along Interstate 20 in Longview Tx. But don’t worry, just because we’re close to the interstate, we are surrounded by beautiful tress on all sides and it’s an incredibly peaceful community and environment. Pine Ridge provides a small community atmosphere, with a majority of our residents having resided here for many, many years. There are a total of 38 lots so we’re not too big, but not too small either. We are located at 1060 I-20 West Access Rd, Longview, Tx 75603. We are also going through some major capital improvements, including the improvement of lots, a new park and picnic area. We also have excellent lighting, are in the process of further upgrading our Laundry room and working on an upcoming nature trail walk with our adjoining acreage that will be peaceful and great for an exercise as well. Please take note that we do not have WiFi provided in the park but if you are planning to become a long term resident, we might be able to help you get one. We also provide and finance mobile homes and small/tiny homes for our residents and can do the same for you if you would like to consider calling the Pine Ridge Community your home. Please take note that we do not have a physical office at the park so you might have to check-in to the lot assigned to you yourself. Carved out of the east Texas tall pine is our park, shaded under 80’ to 90’ tall pines, backed up to a large pond with camping sites and gorgeous pasture views on the east side is our park. We have really nice restrooms (men and women) and do have laundry on site. Also we have one large cabin that is available to rent for larger groups and can sleep up to 8 (comes with upper level loft). Just outside of the cabin/laundry is a nice shaded sitting area. The Sunset Cove Marina is located in the beautiful town of Corsicana, Texas and is a great spot for an authentic outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to a number of activities along the Richland Chambers Lake; travelers can enjoy excellent fishing and boating, as well as sunset and scenic viewing along the lake. There's  pecan trees to provide shade for shore-side picnicking and swimming, and there's also plenty of space on the water for kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing. Now open is our café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just beyond the campground is a number of other attractions including: Pioneer Village, the Pearce Museum, Angelita Vineyard and Winery, Navarro Mills Lake, Canterbury Court Antiques, Corsicana Field Aviation Heritage Foundation Museum and fishing charters and tours. The area is also filled with excellent historic sites and great, local eateries. You have your own site right on Lake Lewisville in Little Elm Tx.  Enjoy the painted sunsets.  Site offers complimentary kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards. Fishing and boating are encouraged. Take hwy 380 to Paloma creek blvd. Go North on Paloma creek blvd to Doe Branch Road. Note... Paloma creek blvd's name changes to Gammom Rd where it intersects with Doe branch Rd. Turn Right on Doe Branch Road. Address is 2440 Doe Branch Road. Drive to the end of Doe Branch road. 2440 is located right side of the culdedsac. There is outdoor lighting on the fence perimeter. Pull into the wrought iron gate. Go to the far Right side of the property. Camp site is on the Far Right side of the two story building with the red door.

A small but spacious 14 site park on 25 acres with 7 pull throughs capable of handling big rigs up to 78 feet long and 7 back-in sites with fire rings. Full hookups with 50/30/20 amp electrical service, fresh city water and sewer hookups. Free WIFI. A walking trail has been created in the rear of the property that goes through dense woods and covers around 15 acres. A doggy park has also been built. Coming very soon, a bathroom with a shower stall!  We also are setting up a small laundromat that will be ready by next week. We also have primitive tent camping sites in the woods at the rear of the property. A very nice time of year to go tent camping! We now have a laundry, toilet and shower facility for your convenience!
