A recently renovated RV park in Fredericksburg, Texas, The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park (formerly Quiet Creek RV Resort) features lots of brand new amenities! Now you may enjoy our luxury heated swimming pool even at night, as it's well lit at all times along with two off-leash dog parks and a playground for kids, as well as a meeting hall and rally room. All 150 RV sites include electric 50/30 amp sewage and water hook-ups. Many of the sites are pull-through friendly and 88 can fit big-rig RVs of over 85 feet in length. On site we have a well-maintained pool and jacuzzi, a fully-equipped gym, a kids' playground, a spotless clean laundry facility, restrooms and showers and even a leash-free dog park! Guests enjoy free WiFi and DirecTV cable television, along with a reliable maintenance team and valet trash-pick up every morning and afternoon. Our park is well-known for our 4,000 square foot rally hall where we host a variety of rallies; stocked kitchen and seating included! This RV Park is located on a secluded part of the San Marcos River just outside of Martindale, Texas. It has unique views and great access to the river. It has a spectacular view from the high bluff overlooking the river bend and the "rapids", as well as a couple of great gravel shoal access points that will lead you to great fishing and or lounging on the river. The Fredericksburg RV Park is located in beautiful Fredericksburg, Texas, which is well known for its German roots. There, visitors can enjoy a long list of excellent attractions and world-class eateries. Just beyond the campground is the Admiral Nimitz State Historic Park, LBJ Ranch Tours and the Enchanted Rock State Historic Area. There's also the Wildseed Farm of Wild Flowers and more than 600 acres of grapes that provide the main ingredients for the area's more than 70 wineries. For hiking, the Old Tunnel State Park is a great spot, for live entertainment there's the Rockbox Theater and for window shopping and souvenir buying, there's the Fredericksburg Main Street. The area is also known for it's abundance of history, so museums are a common sight. Receded riverbed has water for fishing but it is a bit of a walk to get to it.  Bring your own bait and gear - Please come prepared. There are stores ten to twenty minutes away but dining and shopping is a distance.  - Pets allowed on leash only (no loose dogs to visit your neighbors please)  - No refunds will be given for early departure or due to acts by Mother Nature  - Volleyballs and corn hole bags can be checked out at the Office with an Valid ID, then returned to the Office or Camp Check In Staff. You are welcome to bring your own but please limit play time to two hours if others are waiting to use the area  - No fireworks; No firearms unless it is following State Laws for Open Carry. The Oasis RV Park provides small town living within close proximity to larger cities. We were established in 2014 and have become an important part of this community. Under new ownership and management in 2024, the park has already seen a lot of positive changes and improvements. Some of these improvements include a new privacy fence, entry sign, landscape enhancements, security system and lighting, and a new office houses onsite laundry. 

This is a gated park on Lake Whitney. It is right down the street from the marina and boat launch for a convenient getaway or lake life living. We have 56 sites all with 50/30 amps, water and sewer connections. We also have a great community room with a full kitchen, TV, and pool table. There is a laundry room and shower rooms. We also have a bunk house for rent. If you need extra storage while staying with us we also have storage buildings for rent along with boat and trailer parking. Picnic areas, grills & firepits also available.  Come for the day or come to stay we would love to have you!
