Pine Ridge is a Small House (Mobile Homes & Cabins) and RV Community nestled conveniently along Interstate 20 in Longview Tx. But don’t worry, just because we’re close to the interstate, we are surrounded by beautiful tress on all sides and it’s an incredibly peaceful community and environment. Pine Ridge provides a small community atmosphere, with a majority of our residents having resided here for many, many years. There are a total of 38 lots so we’re not too big, but not too small either. We are located at 1060 I-20 West Access Rd, Longview, Tx 75603. We are also going through some major capital improvements, including the improvement of lots, a new park and picnic area. We also have excellent lighting, are in the process of further upgrading our Laundry room and working on an upcoming nature trail walk with our adjoining acreage that will be peaceful and great for an exercise as well. Please take note that we do not have WiFi provided in the park but if you are planning to become a long term resident, we might be able to help you get one. We also provide and finance mobile homes and small/tiny homes for our residents and can do the same for you if you would like to consider calling the Pine Ridge Community your home. Please take note that we do not have a physical office at the park so you might have to check-in to the lot assigned to you yourself. Welcome to River Run Resort and Recreation area located on Arkansas's enchanted Caddo River, just outside of Glenwood Arkansas, and approximately 30 minutes south west of Hot Springs, Arkansas just off of highway 70. Our facilities offer canoeing, kayaking, float tubes & full service RV sites, which include water, septic, and 30, & 50 amp electrical services, along with paintball. Here you will find a peaceful setting where you will be able to participate in a variety of exciting activities or just relax! We are also located within one hour or less of other local attractions.  Lake Fork Ranch Resort is located in the beautiful town of Emory, Texas. It is a great place for a quiet, relaxing vacation away from the noise and traffic of the city. Onsite, travelers can expect great bass and crappie fishing. Sunset viewing and stargazing are also very popular at the ranch due to the natural darkness. The park offers 50 RV spots that include water, sewer, electricity and trash disposal. Fully-outfitted cabin rentals with satellite TV, a microwave, a coffee maker and mini-fridge are also available. Amenities at the park include: a lighted pavilion with electricity and picnic tables, a play area for the kids, a game room with pool table, WI-FI, boat ramp, boat dock, fishing pier with cleaning stations, a newly remodeled laundry area, and bathrooms with showers. Hope Village Inn & RV Park is located near Hope, Arkansas. It features 32 full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them accommodate slide out RVs. The park is pet-friendly and has a dump station. Campsite amenities offered include picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. Visitors can also enjoy activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. We are located just 2 miles from Interstate 20, with a State Park and convenience store located across the street. They sell sandwiches, fishing items, firewood, gasoline, propane, and more. Please note that the lake and picnic table pictures belong to the state park. If the state park is full and we have a vacancy, you can still use a state park pass while staying at Rest-A-Spell rv park and enjoy the state park amenities. We are just 285 ft from Tyler State Park entrance.

GTL Paris RV Park is located in the quaint Texas town of Paris, and is a great spot for an easy-going southern escape. Campers can look forward to a number of attractions just beyond the campground, including the Eiffel Tower, the Samuel Bell Maxey House filled with history and art, Valley of the Caddo Museum and Cultural Center and the Lamar County Historical Museum. Rains, snow, flat tires (We hope not!), illness (We hope not!), alien abduction (Not too likely.). We're doing this by request only. Go ahead and request to book and we'll make sure you're informed before you choose to lock in your reservation. We're not so strict most of the year. Thanks for understanding! * Check-ins must be before Monday. Please be here by Sunday night. We want you to avoid the traffic and last-minute stressors. * We strongly suggest you stay over Monday night. Let everyone else in the area clear out while you chill on the river. * We will be marking off 20' x 20' site spaces. They are still first-come/first-served. Expect to be close to your new friends. Unless you are early, expect that you may be away from the river, over by the creek or the RV area. But, no more than a few minutes walk. The whole campground is pretty, we promise. * Tenters may be asked to park away from their tent. We'll keep you as close as we can (within walking distance) and you will be able to drive to your site to pick-up/drop-off. * Please leave your pets at home. * We will be selling ice and firewood. Our suppliers are small businesses, too. We will have as much as they can keep up with. * Bring extra TP. Talk with the office for regular pricing. ** Shaded, semi-primitive, non-defined (first come/first served) camping. You may even score a riverfront spot, depending on when you arrive. Many people prefer along the shady creek. We have 15 beautiful shaded acres, so you'll definitely find a spot. Please note, when you are looking at the map, the numbered areas are RV sites, Not tent camping. Look for the areas on the Campground Map that say "camping".  The big E denotes shared electrical hookups.  We have big clean bathrooms and hot showers. Camping areas are both near and far from small rustic cabins and RVs. Choose secluded locations or new friends. Shared electricity in some places. Bring your long extension cord. We also have a little shop that likely has anything you forgot. A full grocery store is 8 miles away, also. We sell firewood, ice and ice cream, too! NOTE: If the office is closed, pick a spot and check-in in the morning. Fire, Ice, and WIFIDuring peak season, we sell ice. We have firewood all year. The firewood is in the big metal box by the office ($8/bundle) and the ice ($4/bag) is by the bathhouse. There is basic WIFI that works for WIFI-calling but is not always reliable for streaming services. We are working on upgrading the campground WIFI in 2024. If you need solid WIFI for a conference call, we can set you up in our upstairs office.

Coffee Creek Landing is an RV Park located on the North East tip of Lake Fork in East Texas.   We offer 19 lakeside or lake-view RV sites. Our park has a Bait Shop with tackle, live bait, ice, drinks, and snacks for your convenience. We do have a concrete boat ramp and a fishing pier that is right on the creek channel. Great fishing of Bass, Catfish, and Crappie, so don't forget your boat. Lots of green space for gathering and a community fire-pit.   We are a recreational facility and do not offer FULL TIME LIVING. However, we do offer extended stays for transitional purposes; ie: working, building, or moving to our area.

Four Bears is for campers who enjoy cozy, convenient camping. We are nestled between a major highway and a county road with access to both. We have lots of trees for shade and privacy, and will eventually have a fence along the highway for even more privacy. We are in the beginning stages of building our park, but we can still accommodate you and make sure your stay with us is comfortable! We are only 2 miles from the nearest convenience store and a Dollar General, and just a hop, skip, and jump away from plenty of other beautiful places this area has to offer--lakes, rivers, mountains, hiking trails, ATV trails, and much more in every direction. We will eventually have many more amenities, but we would still love to have you and give you a memorable experience! Four Bears is for you!

Deuce RV Park is a family-owned and operated campground, ideally located at 9739 State Highway 3, Broken Bow, OK 74728. With 20 full-service sites and on-site management, we offer a semi-private, family-friendly park in close proximity to Beavers Bend State Park and Hochatown. We are located within walking distance of Glover River, and approximately 20 miles or less from Broken Bow Lake, Pine Creek Lake and Little River National Wildlife Refuge.
