Located in the Lincoln National Forest New Mexico is the Black Bear Group Campground, a popular site for annual groups of up to 70 people. Located near Alamogordo and Cloudcroft, it's also well-known for groups wanting to explore those two urban centers and the great culture and dining to be experienced there. It's also a quarter mile from the Rim Trail, which is popular for mountain biking, hiking, and horseback riding. Other nearby trails are open to ATV enthusiasts.

Surround yourself with the mixed evergreen/aspen forest of the Aspen Group Campground, located in the Lincoln National Forest, New Mexico. Able to accommodate groups of up to 70 people, this is a popular spot for visitors wanting to experience this lush New Mexico park, as well as the charming village of Cloudcroft. Look forward to some great picnicking and hiking opportunities along the trails at Alamo Peak and Stark Peak. The most popular hike is the Osha Trail, which is a 2.5-mile loop. You can also expect excellent shopping and dining options down in the village. The Oliver Lee Memorial State Park, at the foot of the mountains, is worth a visit to see a restored 19th century ranch house and explore the flowering oasis of Dog Canyon.

Take advantage of the spacious and well laid-out Desert Paradise Mobile Home & RV Village near the White Sands National Monument in New Mexico. There are plenty of hiking trails near Orogrande or near High Rolls, and others at Cloudcroft. It's near several great attractions such as Cloudcroft, the Apache Reservation Casino and the White Sands Missile Range. Alamogordo is filled with history and beauty, and is popular for its outdoor sporting activities like biking and disc-surfing down the sand dunes of the White Sand Monument.

Located in the Lincoln National Forest is the Slide Group Campground which can accommodate up to 90 people. Surrounded by mixed evergreen and aspen, this site is known for immersing visitors in a primitive wildlife environment where they can pause and appreciate nature. Access to the National Recreation Rim Trail can be found at the site, and there are plenty of amenities to ensure that groups can enjoy social events and plan group activities with ease. Besides hiking and picnicking, most campers stop by the village of Cloudcroft for supplies, shopping and fine, local dining. Don't miss out on that!

Set against the breathtaking Sacramento Mountains, the Oliver Lee Memorial park features a historic ranch house, quiet camping in the Chihuahuan Desert, and the unique oasis of pools of water under the cottonwood trees of Dog Canyon. Visitors can look forward to a short walk on the Riparian Nature Trail or a challenging hike up the Dog Canyon Trail, as well as acres and acres of beautiful desert vistas. Picnicking and wildlife viewing are also popular activities at this site. Open all year round, park facilities include: water, group camping, electricity, restrooms, showers and dump stations. The Oliver Lee Memorial park is excellent for a quick getaway in one of Alamogordo's most scenic spots, and is popular for its clean amenities and great customer service. See you soon!

Less than a mile from Cloudcroft is the Lower Fir Group Campground in the Lincoln National Forest reserve. As you'd expect, there's plenty to do in this area: take your family on hiking and biking expeditions through the dense, gorgeous forestry of the campground, and go on plenty of picnics while you're there. You can also walk to Cloudcroft for some shopping, entertainment and interaction with the friendly locals.

Lower Karr Canyon Campground is an undeveloped campground scattered across the Karr Canyon Picnic Area. Explore the Lincoln National Park with its densely forested areas, beautiful hiking trails and clear skies. Standing over 7,500 feet above the desert floor, campers can enjoy warm weather that's not too harsh, and plenty of fresh air. Also take advantage of the horseback riding, biking and wildlife watching at this site for a true taste of untouched New Mexico terrain.

Facing the Sacramento mountains to the east, the Elks Lodge 1897 is for members and visiting Elks only, and is a quiet place to get away for a few days. With full hookups, 30/50 amp sites, laundry facilities, showers, restrooms, WIFI and a restaurant on-site, this is a Alamogordo favorite. Visitors can enjoy golfing at a nearby golf course, the space hall of fame, the oldest zoo located in Alamogordo, the White Sand National Monument nearby, skiing, gambling, fishing and zip-lining. Elks Lodge 1897 has something for everyone and well-established to meet all guests' needs.

Our family-owned park is newly purchased in 2018, and is prided on providing exceptional service and a memorable experience to our visitors. Since purchasing the park, it has been consistently updated, adding several new amenities, ensuring it is the most comfortable stay possible. Some of the new amenities include, an office building, full-laundry facility, full- bathroom with shower, metal privacy fence, BBQ grill, picnic table, dog run, and many trees and roses were planted to brighten up the park.  Each site offers free basic Wi-Fi, water, sewer, and LED lights on the RV pedestal making it easier for utility connections. There are plenty of pull through sites with 40-50 foot shade trees, which is nice for getting out of the New Mexico heat. Hatch is a small, quaint, and relaxing place to pass through any time of year. It is known as the "Chile Capital of the World," for growing both red and green chile. Thousands of people visit from around the country to buy and stock up on their chile for the year. During harvest time, you can smell the chile as it is being roasted, stroll through various chile stands, and see the locals making beautiful ristras. It truly is an experience to be had! This park is centrally located and within walking distance to several unique locally family owned and operated restaurants. The most notable is the famous Sparky’s Burgers and BBQ, but Valley Café Restaurant is a personal favorite! You will also find authentic chile stands, food/fruit stands, as well as, local and imported hand-made Mexican folk art, including pottery and iron figurines. It is a short drive to either, Caballo or Elephant Butte Lake, should you want to spend some time on the water! Or if you want to take the short drive into the “Big City” of Las Cruces, and do some dining and shopping you can do that too! The Turner RV Park is located in Mountainair, and is conveniently located near a number of excellent attractions. Look forward to a one hour drive from Albuquerque, where you can find a number of great activities, shops and restaurants. Most people visit for the International Balloon Festival, as well as sight seeing the beautiful terrain of the city. The park is also close to the fourth of July mountains and the Salinas Pueblos Missions National Monument. The Salinas Pueblo Monuments are some close sights to go see in New Mexico. There are 3 different ruins to see, one is 8 miles away, another 11 miles away, and the third is 25 miles away. There is an awesome array of sites to choose from for all kinds of rigs and camping styles that include full 30/50 amp hookups along with family suites and kitchenettes available that come equip with a coffeemaker, DirecTV, refrigerator, and microwave. There are a various amount of amenities that would elate anyone who stays here which include BBQ and patio areas, laundry facilities, restroom and shower facilities, trash services and a dump station. The Long Point Campground is a primitive campsite right next to the Elephant Butte Lake State Park, and is one of the park's most picturesque sites. Settle right on the lake's banks for quiet, simple camping, and be sure to take advantage of the lake and all there is to do like swimming, water skiing, fishing and canoeing. The area is also prime for exploring so go out for a long hike or bike ride, and return in time to watch a spectacular sunset over the lake surface. On that note, be sure to do some stargazing while you're at this park; with clear, open skies, the light show is spectacular!
