Onsite, travelers can expect great bass and crappie fishing. Sunset viewing and stargazing are also very popular at the ranch due to the natural darkness. The park offers 50 RV spots that include water, sewer, electricity and trash disposal. Fully-outfitted cabin rentals with satellite TV, a microwave, a coffee maker and mini-fridge are also available. Coffee Creek Landing is an RV Park located on the North East tip of Lake Fork in East Texas.   We offer 19 lakeside or lake-view RV sites. Our park has a Bait Shop with tackle, live bait, ice, drinks, and snacks for your convenience. We do have a concrete boat ramp and a fishing pier that is right on the creek channel. Great fishing of Bass, Catfish, and Crappie, so don't forget your boat. Lots of green space for gathering and a community fire-pit.   We are a recreational facility and do not offer FULL TIME LIVING. However, we do offer extended stays for transitional purposes; ie: working, building, or moving to our area.

Four Bears is for campers who enjoy cozy, convenient camping. We are nestled between a major highway and a county road with access to both. We have lots of trees for shade and privacy, and will eventually have a fence along the highway for even more privacy. We are in the beginning stages of building our park, but we can still accommodate you and make sure your stay with us is comfortable! We are only 2 miles from the nearest convenience store and a Dollar General, and just a hop, skip, and jump away from plenty of other beautiful places this area has to offer--lakes, rivers, mountains, hiking trails, ATV trails, and much more in every direction.
