Deer Springs is a privately owned, pet friendly, RV park located in the Smoky Mountains, 13 miles West of Franklin, NC. We are a small RV park with a focus on providing large sites in a comfortable and unique setting. Our park has been designed for “self-contained RV’s”, and as such, there is no separate bath house on site.   While we strive to provide a memorable camping experience for everyone, our park is designed with a focus on the more mature visitor.  As such, all guests and visitors must be 18 or older.   Sites 1-8 have: 30/50 Amp Service, Sewer hookups, at least 1 picnic table, at least one fire ring, private gazebo equipped with prep counter, sink with running water, refrigerator with ice maker, and ceiling fan with light.   You may bring your own firewood or purchase it here at the park.   Wilderness Loop Sites 11-14 have: 30/50 Amp Service, Sewer hookups, picnic table and fire ring.  Awesome long range views of the surrounding mountains! Large Bark Park!

Royal Blue is Novice Level Friendly.  Ready to catch some rays, and relax on Norris Lake? Fantastic! Peachtree Cove RV Park, located in Marble, NC, is family owned and operated. Nestled in the beautiful Smoky Mountains, it is also easy access off of Highway 74. Each site is equipped with 50/30 amps, water, and most have septic hook up. Other amenities include a fire ring and picnic table per site, a community fire pit and pavilion, and a 60'x130' fenced in dog run area. Come prepared to sit outside, listen to the water flowing nearby, and enjoy this haven of homespun hospitality.

Our location is 1/2 mile from TIEC, (Tryon International Equestrian Center).  Each cabin (upper and lower) has a quality, king-sized, double, inner coil air beds and heat/air conditioning. Other features include an upper deck close to the trees and a fire pit located near the Grand Porch. Lower cabins, (#2-#6) have private bathrooms and kitchenettes attached to an enclosed, sheltered, private deck. Upper cabins, (#22-#26) have a shared bathroom. We provide complimentary K-cups and snacks for our guests. This is a "glamping experience, almost like camping.  You will likely hear birds; acorns falling upon the tin roof and will see butterflies and lightening bugs.  You can take advantage of our Grand Porch to enjoy the fresh air, the mountains and sky.  Our Grand porch is also a wonderful spot for an outdoor wedding.
