Campers can look forward to the breathtaking sights of the Petrified Forest and the Painted Desert National Park. Visitors can also walk around the rim of the meteor crater less than an hour west of the campground. Many take day trips to the Grand Canyon, canyon de Chelly and Monument Valley. The Hubbell Trading Post (a historic site) is located on the Navajo reservation and is a great place to explore local culture and support Arizona artisans, so it tends to be packed with eager campers. Overall, stargazing is probably the one activity that every type of camper takes advantage of!

Normas RV Park is located in Joseph City, Arizona and is a great place to settle in for a quiet and cozy southwestern getaway. Campers can look forward to sitting right by historic route 66 and the gorgeous desert vista around the park. There is Wifi and access to a his and hers bathrooms, but no showers just yet. Our FHU sites, are sites 1 thru 44, and they include Electric, Water, Sewer and Wifi. If you book your stay for 30 days and over, we require a 100-dollar deposit for the metered electric. They are $38.00 a night. Please check with us on availability as we have a lot of monthly guests! We do try to keep 1 thru 8 available for short time stays. Upon arrival we will assign your space, there is no way to reserve a specific spot online. We do accept, Rover-pass, Passport America, and do give a 10% discount for our military and veterans. No combining them together though. We have two showers open in your bathhouse. Three are still under construction.
