This place is horrible. The guy had to meet us there . Very rude and . I am a vet who is disabled and have problems hearing and he screams and ask me if I’m deaf . Very dirty and basically a rundown hole in the wall .

You will genuinely not get more bang for your buck than here. The owners (the only staff to my knowledge) are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The free wifi was surprisingly fast for the cheap price - we were situated on the very far corner of the park and yet I consistently had 4 bars. The wifi cut out occasionally but not enough for it to be frustrating, and this may be due to our far location in the park. I'd say it's fast, but not reliable. The bathroom/showers completely blew away my expectations. Each bathroom had its own private room with a toilet and a shower. The rooms themselves are fairly clean and tiled. The sink is big, has a wall plug-in above it, and also a mirror. And the shower is AWESOME! 4 huge hooks to hang your clothes/towels/whatnot on the wall in front of the shower, the shower had good temperature control for the price, and the shower head is also adjustable (which is more than I can say for places with higher rates!). I stayed so much longer in the shower than I expected because of how awesome it was. For the cons, the location isn't great, it's a dirt lot with very little trees and no grass. RVs/campers are packed tightly and are basically all you see in the park. Highway is next to the park so if you have no noise mufflers like a TV you'll be hearing traffic all day/night. The location isn't much of an issue personally because shuttering the RV blinds tunes out the rest of the world, and we also only had two people. But due to the tight spaces it's definitely not a suitable location for families. Overall, amazing quality for the price. Friendly owners, fast wifi, nice showers with adjustable shower heads, clean bathrooms, full hookups, pet friendly, all for $38. What more could one want? 5 stars.

I stayed 2 nights, as I was traveling from Yuma to Amarillo. I booked the spot because it’s centrally located to Meteor Crater and Petrified National Park, plus you have to go downtown and stand on the corner! Take it easy had good WiFi, a bathhouse, and restrooms. If your looking for a good spot for a few nights near the attractions of NE Arizona this is a good spot. The park is adjacent to I 40 so beware you might hear some traffic.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay very much. Great cell coverage on ATT. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the park is very close to the freeway, so there is road noise and the spaces are a close together and a little narrower than normal.

Very good park for a short stay. Sites are as described........ Gravel. All services worked well and looked like some upgrades were happening. Easy in easy out location. We could hear some noise from the interstate but not distracting. Would be a bit muddy if wet but was great for our stay.

Great campground. I was arriving late and call in to Kathy. She gave me instructions on my spot and everything was just as we planned. Thank you for letting us stop in and enjoy your park for a night. We will be back

The location is right off of I40 which makes it quite noisy. Heard truck traffic all day and night. Was scheduled to stay 2 nights left after the 1st night. Place seemed really shady. Some of the long term residents had junk piled up around their RVs. Reminded me of a RV camp in Portland, OR. Will not stay again or nor suggest staying. On the upside it was cheap, I guess that should have been a sign.

It’s a decent place for over night. Not very fancy and not much shade. But people are friendly and services are good. So for over night great but I probably wouldn’t stay more than just a day

We would not return. No better than an RV storage yard, except with electric/water. The office is run-down. Only one person working, and as nice as she was, she was disorganized and led us by cart around the parking lot to find a site that was open for us. Even though we had reservations that were months old. Mostly dirt over old gravel that isn't doing any good anymore, dog poop everywhere, no landscape or attempt to make any part of the park attractive, broken unusable sewer hook-ups, and sites are the tightest to each other that I've ever experienced. Our bedroom slide-out was 6' from our back side neighbor's entrance door. Interior roads are not wide enough for people to park their tow vehicles at their sites and allow for other RV's to swing out of their sites to leave.

For a quick overnight it works. Hard to review properly as there was mud and dirt all over due to rains. Right next to I40 highway so very loud. Looks like people are living or staying long term. Very nice staff overall and all the utilities worked well.

Mostly clean bathrooms, friendly staff , easy access in & out of park. Close to freeway so it's a little distracting during the day , but helps lull you to sleep at night.

As all other reviews, the staff was awesome. The park itself is quiet and very plain. The newer shower/ restrooms were pretty nice and mostly clean and great H2O pressure. During the day the 1-40 traffic can be distracting but at night it kinda lulls you to sleep. Would probably stay here again sometime.

The RV campground is under renovation and will keep improving! It was clean with flat sites to camp in. The staff was friendly and helpful even took us to our space. I hope to be back someday and see how it turns out! Keep up the great work and the people will come!! Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful! We had a long day of driving and got to the campsite after the office was closed, the paperwork was all set up with our name so it was easy to find. After being at our spot for only 10 minutes we knew we wanted to stay another night. So I went on and booked another spot! It’s quiet, peaceful, and so relaxing! My favorite spot on our trip so far!

Dirt parking lot with hookups and people living there. People working there were very nice and accommodating.

The staff are excellent!! The services at the park worked as advertised and the location is super convenient to the highway,Winslow, and several attractions. The park is far enough from the highway that the road noise is not disruptive. Stayed 2 nights in a 5th wheel.

Office ladies great. Park is dirt with your cement pad on utility/driver side. When parked you step out of your coach just about into your neighbor utilities and sewer dump. Not close enough to walk to town but close to walk to Denny’s. Stayed two nites with train and highway noise. Again great staff

A lot of interstate noise. Sites are very close together. Good for some night stop but that is about it.
