Riverside Campground is located on the beautiful Susquehanna River, 9 miles south of Williamsport (on the edge of Montgomery Borough). With just a short walk to town, you can visit the local shops, meet some of the merchants and pick up something you may need to continue your trip. A Pennsylvania fish and boat launch ramp is nearby, and a large community park is next door. It includes children’s playgrounds, a skateboard park, soccer field, a large pavilion available for special events, plus 200 more feet of lovely Susquehanna Riverfront! The perfect destination for a getaway!

Spend the day exploring the area like riding bike along the 84 mile Pine Creek Rail Trail voted one of the top 10 best rail-trails in the U.S or try your skill at fishing the Pine Creek stocked with many varieties of fish. If you feel like cooling off rents some tubes for a lazy float down the creek or for the more adventurous grab some kayaks and start your trek in the PA Grand Canyon ending right at the campground.

This is a positively perfect small, rural, and family run campground that is great for all kinds of campers. There are a decent amount of sites to choose from that accommodates all kinds of RV’s and has all the amenities you could need to cover a little more than the basics. The location is amazing as it’s a right by a peaceful creek with a very lush landscape and beautiful natural environment. It’s also close by a main road that will take you on a short journey to great places to visit. If you are looking for a small place to kick back and relax in nature this sure is the place as they have a lot of great things at a very nice price.
