Nestled in the foothills of the NC Mountains, Roaring River Vineyards is reminiscent of a French riverside hillside vineyard. The vineyard is named after the Roaring River which borders the vineyard property for a mile and a half and offers great vistas from all the buildings situated on its riverbank. We are a full-service mountain resort with the Chez Josephine Restaurant, Wine & Beer Tasting Room, vacation rentals, event venues, vineyards, truffle field, Harvest Host, and RV Park. The RV Campsite at Roaring River Vineyards (RRV) is located in a forested area surrounded by springs and walking trails and has a lovely view of the vineyards. It is situated not far from the vineyard’s entrance just beyond a pond. Since we opened our restaurant we’ve had a number of guests asking us if we allowed RVs to park on our vineyard. As a result, we developed the RV Park at Roaring River Vineyards. We are the perfect place to relax, unplug and refresh with family and friends while you explore the iconic Blue Ridge Parkway. Choose how you stay. We offer:  13 (four pull through and nine back in) full hookup RV sites 6 one-room camping cabins 5 tent sites with water and electric 8 motel rooms We are situated on 22 acres of rolling hills and woods with mountain views. There is free Wi-Fi that was upgraded in 2021. The bathhouse has 5 private bathrooms with showers. We are close to the Blue Ridge Music Center, Mabry Mill and all of the beauty, shopping, wineries, hiking, cycling and paddling southwest Virginia has to offer.  Amenities & Activities Campsites include Wi-Fi, picnic tables, fire rings and charcoal grills. Guests and their pets can explore our walking trails and take advantage of hiking, hunting, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing in the area.
