The Monterey County Fair & Event Center RV Park offers the convenience of RV parking in the heart of Monterey. Our park is close to restaurants and shopping; just blocks from the beach and the Monterey bike path and only a few miles from downtown Monterey, Cannery Row, Pacific Grove and Carmel. The RV Park is easily accessible off of Highway 1 and 68.

Marina Dunes RV Park in Marina, California, is situated on the beautiful Monterey Bay. Enjoy miles of beachfront, a variety of amenities, and close access to local attractions the city has to offer! Choose from a variety of lodging, including RV sites, two charming cottages, a Happy Camper Retro Travel Trailer, or their popular glamping tents! Don't forget your furry friends—the resort is pet-friendly so that you can bring the entire family along! Onsite amenities include restrooms, showers, a laundry facility, Wi-Fi, bike rentals, plus a clubhouse with a fireplace, pool table, and big screen TV. Five full-hookup (sewer, electric, 30/50amp, WiFi) spots now available in my large "backyard RV park" property 1/2 mile (7-minute walk) to the beach, across from a lagoon, in a prime location in the famous surf spot neighborhood of Pleasure Point. You'll be in a beautiful environment featuring a very large farmstead garden where you're welcome to all the heirloom tomatoes, etc. you can eat during your stay. We prioritize travel nurses and other temporary public-serving workers, but spots may be available for other travelers. It's my backyard, so there are no standard RV park amenities, but the neighborhood, location, company, and food more than makes up for it. Can accommodate up to 45' class-A motorcoach and 40' 5th wheel. Looking for well-referenced, financially secure tenants on a month-to-month basis, 1-3 months initially with the possibility of extension. Weekly rates may be available but for special circumstances only and at a higher price. Price will depend on the size of your rig and number of cars, pets, etc. Monthly rent starts at $1900/mo for a small trailer/class-C RV, one car, with no pets. (This is coastal California!...The older RV parks 10 miles inland in the Santa Cruz mountains run from $1300-$1600/mo plus utilities for a no-mans-land location). The site is not set up for children.
