The park has everything you need. The entrance is not a really busy street. I would stay there again.

Other than lousy wifi and loud aircraft overhead, the facility is well-maintained.

Location is perfect. We went down to the Aquarium and the Old Fishermans Wharf in the class C and found parking early morning and off season. Quite loud airplane noise but bearable. Would definitely recommend.

Best thing that I can say about this spot is that it's centrally located for plenty of activities in the area. I also liked that every site had its own garbage and recycle bin. With that being said, It's extremely noisy. It's located right next to the Monterey airport and directly in the flight path of planes landing and taking off. Planes start before 6 am and go until the late evening. Lots of noise around the park as well. Sites 32-42 are far from level. No true trailer or motorhome sites. They will put you wherever. Bring extra sewer hoses, and water hoses as well. Trying to stretch your sewer hose 20 plus feet under your trailer going uphill is no fun at all. They really need to do a better job assigning sites specific to the rig you have. Only park I have stayed at that operates this way. I will not stay here again.

Nothing fancy but very clean and safe. Hookups were in good shape and spots wide enough it didn’t feel as much like a parking lot.

Full hook ups: water, power(30&50A), and sewer. It is gated at night. 2 concerns are that the spaces are tight so it is tough to back in the trailer but I got lucky there were not a lot of people and a nice man helped guide me. 2nd concern is there is a golf course next door and I saw a few golf balls bounce in the lot so there is potential that your vehicle may get damaged.
