Just returned from a week long stay and had a great experience! Excellent staff, easy access, clean restrooms and grounds. Location is central to everything! Highly recommend.

It’s a nice place to stay. The spaces are a little tight, but adequate. Lots of nice trees and shade. We left the RV there and took Uber rides to town, which was not expensive but the aquarium sure was!

Top notch staff.

Nice park. Great location. Spaces are flat and fairly wide. Only problem was they only have a one washing machine. And the dryer was not working. We went to laundry a few blocks away.

Easy to access from the freeway and easy to get to any place you wish to be. Clean and neat. It is under the approach to the airport so be ready for the very early morning flights! We would stay here again.

Basic, inexpensive RV park in a fabulous location, with easy access to downtown Monterey and the coastline.

The employees were great , the site was a little unlevel (hard to level coach), the curb cut at gate 6 is too narrow causing one of the rear wheel wheels to ride up on the curb.

Bathrooms clean, only one shower, one washer an dryer and no room between spaces. The parked camping vans on both sides of us when the campground was almost empty.

I felt that the cost was high given the location. Camping in a parking lot is not really my idea of ambiance. Staff was reasonably friendly, even though we were not given all the information we checked in, and therefore had someone knocking on our door telling us to move our vehicle after we had been there for a day and a half. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I had no other options.

The staff here are very nice and helpful. The bathrooms and showers are clean and the laundry area is a reasonable price and easy to use. While parking the RV in a fairground parking lot is nothing special , there are big, grassy areas all around to walk the dog. The best thing besides the reasonable price and location is the price ! We would definitely stay here again.

The desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Park and restrooms were very clean. There are some planes ✈️ at times, but aside from that, Fairly quiet most of the time. Nice grass and tree areas for dog walking. Reasonable price for full hookup. WiFi exists but not all spaces can get it. It Does not have all the perks like some places do. Like cable tv, swimming pool, game room, store. For tv, we used our antenna and received many channels. It’s gated, fenced and closed to the public at night, and feels quite safe. Rv’ers can drive or walk in and out with a gate code. It’s a good place to stay overall and we keep coming back.

Mainly a paved parking lot with hookups. And right underneath an airport runway. Other than that is was ok.

Location: five stars for proximity to all Monterey has to offer, dog friendliness of the area and very nice people operating and maintaining the park Park: three stars for being in effect functional - quality hook ups, easy to level the RV surfaces, overall good facilities for what is basically a set up of two parking lots (one asphalt, one gravel) BIGGEST NEGATIVE: The park borders a golf course. My brother-in-law's RV was hit by multiple golf balls including one that shattered the window in his toy hauler garage. The park has a "Hold Harmless" policy on golf balls yet also does not provide a full set of protective nets. There are huge gaps in the coverage of the nets that should be protecting the asphalt section of the RV park. The balls that hit the RV came through those gaps. I WOULD NOT STAY IN THE ASPHALT AREA AGAIN.

Convenient to all Monterey has to offer. Clean and comfortable, and as described. It is next door to a golf course and golf balls hitting and damaging campers is a problem at some sites.
