We are a RV Park and Boat marina located on Toledo Bend Lake, nestled in the Sabine National Forest,  that proudly offers hunting, fishing and vacation accommodations for those traveling through Deep East Texas. Locals and guests in our RV Park have access to our boat launch, boat stalls, and outdoor amenities. We currently have 24 RV Campsites with both 30 amp & 50 amp hookups, water hookups, and sewer. The Shady Oaks Cabins and RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Fairfield, Texas and is a great spot for a quiet, easy-going vacation. For nature enthusiasts, there's a ton of great activities just beyond the campground. Mill Creek Ranch Resort & Cottages is located in Canton, Texas on 200 acres of peaceful Texas woodlands, 60 miles from Dallas. The town is known for its gorgeous and well-preserved natural environment, so campers can look forward to pristine forestry and clean surroundings. Visitors can also enjoy nearby activities such as basketball, volleyball, hiking, and scenic drives.
