Our convenient location allows one to drive 5 minutes down the road to the San Marcos River, 20 minutes from the outlet mall and only 45 minutes away from Austin and San Antonio! There's lot of fun! From drinking a drink or two on the river to eating some BBQ at local restaurant's, come check us out!    

The Pine Lakes RV Resort is located in the beautiful town of Bayou and is a great spot for an authentic Texas vacation. Campers may look forward to a number of nearby water-related activities at places such as the gorgeous pond at the Bay Town Nature Center and or Pirates Bay Waterpark and for those seeking a peaceful park experience, there's Roseland, Allenbrooks and Jenkins Park to visit. Located just 3 miles from the heart of Crosby, Texas, our park offers guests a quiet and relaxing place to stop while exploring the North Texas - Houston Metro area. After a busy day of sightseeing, our park is a welcomed sanctuary from all the hustle and bustle of the big city. Catering to all types of guests, our park is equipped with rental cabins, wide pull thru 30/50 amp sites, and even an area for tenting for those who prefer sleeping under the beautiful Texas sky. Our cabins include free Netflix and high speed internet. You can rent for as long as you want but minimum one month. A small dog is okay but no free roaming is allowed. Our cabins offer a good living room, small kitchen and bathroom and is 14 by 32 feet. They come fully furnished with kitchen which includes a fridge, microwave, stove and dish washer. Free cable and high speed internet is available to visitors. We take special interest and care of our seniors. Our RV sites are 15' wide plus feature a private grass area which is also another 15' wide, allowing for plenty of space for pull out sections. The sites are almost nearly 70' long and can accommodate a large unit plus park at least one vehicle. Another feature of our park is that we are a very small homey park and provide plenty of personal attention to our valued guests. San Marcos Springs RV Park is located in the heart of beautiful San Marcos, Texas. The San Marcos area is home to some of Texas' most stunning waterways - a great destination for nature lovers and fun lovers alike. The nearby San Marcos River is just right for those looking for tubing, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, canoeing or fishing. San Marcos Springs is also just minutes away from several of the larger outlet malls, which feature designer brands at reduced prices. Nestled within native Texas elm, oak, pecan and cottonwood trees, San Marcos Springs offers campers a shady and refreshing location with full hook-ups and wide pull-thrus right off the IH-35 access road. Security and comfort are our priorities, and thus our manager's residence is easily accessible and located within view of all campsites. The bathhouse is well-lit, clean, and features six private full bathrooms with showers, all handicap accessible.

The Country Place RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Conroe and is a great spot for an authentic southern adventure. Onsite, campers can look forward to a pristine natural terrain, excellent for photography, scenic and sunset viewing and hiking. Historic downtown Conroe is a great place for exploring and soaking in local art, the Sam Houston National Forest is great for scenic viewing and the Southern Star Brewing Company are camper favorites. Campers can also look forward to a number of nearby attractions such as the W G Jones State Forest which is popular for its hiking trails and 2 small lakes for fishing, boating, canoeing and kayaking. The 7 Acre Wood petting zoo and mini-golf area is also excellent for group fun, and Lake Conroe Park and Recreation Area are both perfect for nature walking, fishing and swimming. The park is also a short drive from Houston, and is in an ideal spot for a day trip to this bustling Texas metropolis. Coastal Bay RV Park is a large 40 acre park with extra wide RV spaces capable of handling any size RV. We are located just a few miles outside of Port Lavaca, Texas, a few blocks from the from the waterfront in a small community called Port Alto. We are the perfect RV park for those working away from home and love the peace and quiet of country living. At Coastal Bay, we just don't sweat the small stuff... We want our residents to to feel home and relax around one of our many ponds. We have all the basic amenities, such as, free WiFi, free ice, a large laundry facility, clean showers and restrooms, and a large covered pavilion for just hanging out with friends and family. Now, we are a work in progress since we are a fairly new park, constructed just a couple of years ago. Our plans for 2023-2024 is to complete the construction of covered picnic tables at each RV site, construct six fully covered RV pads, construct a covered outdoor kitchen and bar-b-que area, and launch a full-time on-site food truck.

The Lighthouse RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Bay City and is a great place for a fun yet easy-going Texas vacation. Campers can look forward to nearby attractions like the Matagorda County Museum, Le Tulle Park and the Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail for excellent bird watching, hiking, and scenic viewing. The Matagorda bay Nature Trail is another excellent spot for nature enthusiasts.   Campers can also head to Sargent Shores for a fun day by the water, with plenty of sand and water for boating, fishing, and swimming. If Sargent Shores is crowded, there's always the Colorado River, perfect for fishing, kayaking and river rafting. And of course, the area has excellent shops and restaurants for visitors to same local crafts and cuisine, and even a market day on the third Saturday of each month.
