Pioneer RV Resort exhibits an impressive 583 campsites. Placed over 30 miles north of Phoenix, is seems to exist in its own little world. The resort affords gorgeous panoramic views of desert mountains, plants, and wildlife. It's the park's general ambiance, not its scenery, that keeps people coming back. When you visit, expect a warm welcome and hospitality. The community as a whole, not just Pioneer staff, are known for their warmth. This RV Resort offers an impressive number of amenities, as well. Most notably, it's one of a minority of Arizona RV parks to offer an indoor heated pool. Despite being apparently isolated in the middle of the desert, Pioneer Resort is located nearby several casinos and golf courses and plenty of hiking trails.

Campers can expect an excellent and fun-filled stay at the Valle Del Oro adult community campground in Mesa, Arizona. Twin Palms RV Park is a quiet little campground 3 miles east of downtown Mesa. This charming park only has 17 sites and will win you over with its tranquil atmosphere. If that doesn't, its clean, elegant, tiled restrooms will. It offers all your basic amenities and can hold vehicles of up to 40 feet. The park is located close to all of downtown Mesa's shopping centers, hospitals, churches, restaurants, MLB Spring Training, hiking trails, golf courses, museums, casinos, and more. Hikers and bikers will be happy to find many miles of paved bicycle paths a short scenic walk from park property. Twin Palms is also within walking distance of local grocery stores and restaurants as well as a number of local attractions such as the Arizona Museum of Natural History, Mesa Arizona Temple, the Riverview, Skyline and Jefferson Parks and Mesa Grande. Located on the Spirit Lake Nation Reservation, which covers over 400 square miles, Spirit Lake Casino & Resort RV Park is topographically varied. It features rolling hills, dense forests, flat prairies, and a number of lakes. In addition, plenty of small streams and springs flow through the area, creating wetlands. As 2016, the park added full hookups to the majority of its 70+ sites, with partial hookups on the remaining ones (by the casino parking lot). Other general amenities include WiFi, laundry shower facilities (open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.), and 24-hour surveillance for your safety. The resort also provides its guests with premium amenities such as a four-story atrium pool area, a steam room, and a game room. Unlike most RV parks in Arizona, Spirit Lake is not open the whole year. It is closed from November 1st to April 30th.
