We offer RV and tent camping both on a daily and seasonal basis. We have camping available year-round! Our campground has access to a beautiful, pristine pond and acres of woods making it a prime spot for fishing and hunting. *For generations, our campground has been home to hunters, and we embrace the opportunity to honor that tradition. During hunting season (October-December), target practice and shooting will be held on Sundays from 3-6 PM at the dam. Please avoid the lake and lake area during shooting time.  The road is safe to use to access the campground. Practice is limited to monthly and seasonal campers.* The Historic Cold Sulphur Springs Campground dates back to at least the mid-late 1800s, when it was a large, flourishing resort frequented by travelers from near and far. In its heyday, the resort bustled with more than 250 guests who often spent entire summers there playing croquet and enjoying orchestra concerts at the hotel dance hall. They would arrive at the Goshen train station and be brought to the resort by horse and buggy, greeted with ice cold lemonade. Those who visited Cold Sulphur Springs, doctors especially, attributed miraculous medicinal benefits to the water, recommending it as a cure for a variety of ailments and encouraging patients to visit. The Goshen Land and Improvement company even used these testimonials as a marketing tool to attract visitors, claiming “The Cold Sulphur Springs is pronounced by leading physicians and chemists as the finest water in the state. We have in our possession testimonies from leading physicians north and south to that effect.” However, the 1900s brought the onset of World War I and the advent of the automobile, allowing Americans to travel freely to a variety of locations without the need to summer for months at one resort. These factors caused the hotel at Cold Sulphur Springs to lose patrons and eventually meet its demise through fire and other means of destruction.  Today, the grounds provide a simpler kind of hospitality. Cold Sulphur Springs is a place for travelers from all walks of life to camp, fish, swim, boat, hike, and more. While little remains of the old hotel, the historic Spring House is still in tact at the campground, as are some remnants of original building foundations.  We invite you to explore the wonder that is the Historic Cold Sulphur Springs Campground and see the beauty that lies within.    

Abrams Creek is more like a nature preserve than a commercial campground. On our campground, there are no generators, loud electronics, or other things that would distract from appreciating the sights and sounds of this pristine natural environment. Campsites and cabins are well spaced out, so that there is never a feeling of crowding. The campground has 20 acres of hemlock forest bordered by a wild whitewater stream. Some areas are boulders, pools, and turbulent water—great to watch or play in. One large area towards the end of the campground is a calm wading area good for children (with careful supervision of course), and just past that is a deeper section, 5’-7’ deep, that is good for swimming.  

Mane Gait Equestrian Center is a working horse farm in the heart of the blue ridge mountains. We have 140 acres of beautiful rolling hills and woods with walking paths to hike. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the paddocks and visit with the 40+ horses on sight. Horseback riding is available with ample notice. We are 15 minutes from downtown historic Lexington, and 10 minutes from Natural Bridge park. We are only a half mile from the famous Virginia drive thru safari park and the Pink Cadillac Diner. Welcome to Middle Creek Campground! We are nestled back in a holler of the Blue Ridge Mountains at the foot of Fork Mountain. Set your compass for adventure. We are close to an abundance of outdoor adventures! Including the upper James River, the Appalachian Trail and The Blue Ridge Parkway. We are the care-takers of a small, rural, mountain campground and blessed to live among such beauty and be able to share it with like minded individuals and families. We offer 30 and 30/50 amp sites. All have water and electric. We also have some full hookups (sewer). We accommodate tents and hammocks to buses. Yes, as in 55' tour bus. It all depends on the driver. Located 6.2 country miles from I81 at exit 168 or just under 7 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway at MM 89/90 (Powell's Gap), or about 15 miles by Rt. 43 through Buchanan. Situated about 30 miles north of the Roanoke/Salem area and all they offer; and about 15 miles south of Lexington along the 81 corridor.The road in is a 6.2 mile asphalt VDOT approved country road. It winds through some of the most beautiful and diverse scenery. You''ll cross the James River, you will cross over the railroad track and then pass through Arcadia proper into the Jefferson National Forest. For about 2 miles you'll wind along Jennings Creek. Depending on the season it is an array of God's beauty. The last mile is from Jennings Creek to the Camp along Middle Creek Road. You will climb one mile to an elevation of 1158' along this state owned and maintained rural mountain road to Camp. Phone reception depends on your carrier, Verizon or US Cellular usually have good service. HOWEVER, the campground is in the shadow of Fork Mountain and reception in the lower campground service can be very limited. We do try to provide Wi-Fi, but it is satellite and VERY limited. If you need Wi-Fi, look into your options for bringing what you need. AT&T picks up in the upper campground and near the pool. Please, surf through our site for hiking trails in the area, "secret" swimming holes, some super cool places to visit, our schedule of weekend entertainment and our menu. There is always a corn hole game going on somewhere and we have some fantastic karaoke. Maybe, just maybe, this circus is your kind of zoo... Bel Alton Campground is a new property being developed in Bel Alton Maryland. We have a few sites with Full Hook Ups and some spots where you can park your RVs for the night. Light and security onsite 24 hours

Blue Ridge Mountains, Shenandoah River, West Virginia. This is a private residence with an RV hook up. You must have a pressure gauge for water. You will have access to a one acre lot, a walking trail that is 20 minutes to a community beach on the Shenandoah river. If you love peace and quiet other than the songs of birds this camp spot for you. Wi-Fi and a trash pick are included. Campers must like dogs, two dogs have access to the property and both are very friendly.
