There's a trail nearby for some early morning or late evening hiking, and the Whittington Center is close by and home of the local museum. Take day trips to Trinidad CO for some shopping, the Capulin Volcano National Monument and enjoy the area's excellent wildlife viewing. The area has some spectacular views, so even when the animals are elsewhere on the grounds, you can enjoy viewing and photographing some iconic New Mexico scenes.

While we are close to the highway to take you to adventures in the area, we are down next to the river away from highway noise. Circle the Wagons RV Park has 43 full-hook up sites. We have 14 50-amp and 29 30-amp sites and tent area. Sites are all 60'x30' and gravel. We have laundry and shower/bathroom facilities. There is free Wi-Fi and a dog park. Cable is not available in our area. The Cuchara River runs through our park which also has many shade trees.
