Located in Plainfield, Vermont, Onion River Campground has unique site layouts that are not precisely defined but rather more like one big lawn to create a more social atmosphere than a conventional campground. For a more remote site and if a camper does not need electric and water hookups, you can find private hookups in the apple orchard, next to the plum tree  or in the high meadow. Kenolie Village is nestled in the foothills of the Green Mountains National Park in Southern Vermont.  It features over 150 water and electric hookup RV sites with 50 amp pull-through, 30 amp back-ins, and some tent sites. Most sites are shady and roomy. They also have a ‘Safari Field’ for large groups and a dumping station for all guests to use. Amenities include picnic tables and fire rings.
