Welcome to Pineland Mobile Home and RV Park, a wonderful all-ages manufactured home community located at 395 Yaupon St, Pineland, TX 75968. Our community offers a warm and welcoming environment with a total of 10 RV home sites for you to consider. Enjoy the perks of living here with monthly lot rents covering essential amenities like trash pickup, water, and sewer services. At Pineland Mobile Home and RV Park, we have dirt streets with a cozy, average width, and our water comes from the city, while the sewer system is city-provided. Choosing Pineland Mobile Home and RV Park means opting for an affordable housing solution in a community that values active, family-friendly living. Conveniently located, you'll have easy access to local schools, recreational spots, shopping centers, and entertainment venues. We look forward to welcoming you to Pineland Mobile Home and RV Park! We are also going through some major capital improvements, including the improvement of lots. Please take note that we do not have WiFi provided in the park. We also provide and finance mobile homes for our residents and can do the same for you if you would like to consider calling the Pineland Community your home. Storage units are available for rental. Shirley Creek Marina is a water front RV park located on the largest lake in Texas, Lake Sam Rayburn. We provide RV spots with 30/50 amp, sewer and water hookups in the park, with on-site sewage dump for water front sites. We also have 13 spacious and beautiful cabins and plenty of tent sites! Come to enjoy all that this lake has to offer in the breathtaking Angelina National Forest! Kayak, paddle boat and life jacket rentals also available.
