For added convenience, there is a general store on site which sells gas, ice, live bait, tackle, food items, Hunts Brothers Pizza and Wings, snacks, charcoal, RV accessories, and an array of other necessities. Free WiFi is also provided. The waterfront views, family friendly atmosphere, and diverse fishing environment, are just a few of the reasons we love this place.  The surrounding area has a lot to offer, including boating, fishing, walking or biking the Palmetto Trail, and discovering the "Berkeley Blueways" by kayak. We are only 45 Minutes from the bustling town of Summerville, and just 5 more minutes down the road is the historical town of Charleston. Davisboro Private RV Park is a quiet, get back to nature, RV Park. Dry Camping, welcome. Short stay, or long stay. Just under 5-acre lot, with mature trees. With 12 partial hook-up sites. There are dump stations and caddy’s available. Dry camping also welcome. Our facilities are currently equipped with dump station and access to water. We are currently developing, full hook-up sites coming Fall 2022. No public restroom or bathhouse on site.

The entire campground is on a level grass plane that is free of trees and brush! This helps ensure your camper remains free of leaves, limbs, and our local pine tree sap! Our primary drive way is covered with crushed crete (construction cement) which provides a solid and dependable access road. We have coin operated Speed Queen washer/dryer combination in our laundry room and a dog washing station located just outside.Pets up to 40lbs are welcome and they love playing in our dog park.Our main focus is catering to a supplemental workforce that helps increase the value of our local economy. We accomplish this by providing a place where comfort and relaxation is readily available.Our park provides unlimited wifi for your entertainment and remote work requirements.

We are descended from pre-Colonial and Revolutionary War lineage, Edmund Chancey, a descendant of Old Will Chance of Maryland, from the 1650s. These Georgia lands have been owned successively since the 1820 Georgia Land Lottery. Four years ago, we began to plot a strategy to reclaim this land from kudzu, wild grapevines, rattlesnakes, coyotes, fire ants, and other encroaching snakes-in-the-grass. While previously there were two homesites on the property, no one had lived here for almost 100 years.
