Stillwell's Store and RV Park is located just north of Big Bend National Park, about 8 miles from the Persimmon Gap entrance. ****NOT LOCATED IN ANY TOWN, WE ARE 45 MILES SOUTH OF MARATHON**** The old-fashioned general store carries soft drinks, beer, ice, canned goods and regular gasoline. Our RV Park features sites with full 30/50-amp hook-ups (electric, water and sewer), water and electric only sites, dry sites and tent sites. Stillwell is a practical campground with a lot of history, not a resort. Come enjoy the peace and quiet at Stillwell while exploring the nearby Big Bend National Park and Black Gap Wildlife Management Area. Given our ideal location, this is the perfect spot for stargazers, bird watchers and those just wanting to unplug for a bit. Whether it's for a short and or long-term stay, we hope to see you soon! We stop accepting same-day reservations at 4 p.m. During peak occupancy periods such as holidays and spring break, there is a 2-day minimum reservation commitment.  We do have limited WiFi at the store (do not expect sufficient Wi-Fi to conduct work remotely). The nearest cell phone service is about 15 miles away in BBNP. If technology is your top concern, this likely isn't the place for you.  We DO NOT offer rock hounding or any kind of equestrian services on the property.  We do not accept reservations via phone call. All reservations are made thru the website.  If you are looking to charge an electric car, simply book the kind of site you require and leave it in the "special request" box that you are charging an electric car. We are an R.V. Park, not a car charging station so the fee is the same.  June 1 - Sept 1, 2024 our W&E RV sites 48-89 and Tent sites 90-132 will be CLOSED.  May~June~July~August are off season months. Most of our tent camping sites will be closed. Store hours and amenities availability will be subject to change. We do not recommend visiting in the summer months due to extreme heat. Monahans Country Club RV Resort is located right on the edge of Monahans, Texas. We are located right beside the Ward County Golf Course. If I am away, there will be a camp host to help you out. Safety and security are our #1 priority during your stay. And the best thing? We are PET FRIENDLY! However, absolutely no aggressive dogs allowed. We have animals that live on property, & other guests too, so please be respectful. NO barking dogs either. Guests are here to escape the noise pollution of the city...and to get lost in the silence that we provide. With the mountains nearby, the barking echoes thru the valleys. QPS RV Park is a spacious park located right alongside Interstate 20 in Monahans, Texas. QPS consists of 208 spots, with 18 covered. We offer WIFI, Cable, a men and women's washroom, as well as a laundry area. All facilities are password protected and only for our RV park guests. Hope to see you soon!  

Here are a few of the Van Horn RV Park amenities that we offer. They include a store, an on-premise cafe, a laundromat, and clean restrooms and showers. Our store is stocked with groceries, cold beverages, wine, propane and emergency RV supplies. After a long day on the road, relax and have a bite at Penny’s cafe or we will even deliver it to your RV site. Our RV sites are large and level. We are truly “Big Rig Friendly”. All of our sites are pull thru making it easy to “land” after a long day on the road. Here at the Van Horn RV Park, our sites include water, sewer, and 30 or 50 amp electrical. We provide FREE cable TV and FREE wifi. Our sites offer plenty of room to park your tow vehicle. Penny’s Cafe is a welcome sight after a day on the road. The Cafe is located next to the RV Office, laundromat and Store, It’s just a short walk from your site. We are open for dinner in the evenings after your arrival and we’re open for breakfast in the mornings before you leave. We even deliver to you site!
