We offer free wifi and a coin operated laundry facility on site.  Monthly rates require a $50 electricity deposit and renters will be responsible for their electricity usage.  Electricity consumption will be billed to the renter at the rate charged to us.  The park is animal-friendly, provided you both leash and curb your animal!
