Benton, Arkansas Campgrounds and RV Parks

Southeast of Little Rock on I-30, amongst the flowing pine trees of Arkansas, rests the town of Benton. With a national forest near by and a Hot Springs, Benton is a great place to visit and enjoy some of the wonderful things Arkansas has to offer. Benton is also just outside of Little Rock, which offers entertainment typically found in a somewhat large metropolitan area. After a day checking out local attractions, head on over to one of Benton’s RV Parks.

The Ouachita National Forest is just southeast off I-30. It is the oldest forest in the south. Nearly two million acres, the park contains the Ouachita Mountains, with six wilderness areas. There are a wide variety of activities in the area, such as hiking, mountain bike, horseback riding fishing and hunting – Ouachita actually means “good hunting.” The park’s biology is diverse, with several different types of oak being predominant – Northern Oak, Post Oak, White Oak and BlackJack Oak. After a day in the park, take a short drive to one of Benton’s RV Parks.

The capital of Arkansas, Little Rock is a great place to take a trip. A small, bustling southern town. There are numerous parks and nightlife entertainment.
