Overview
We are not a traditional RV park. We only have 2 parking spots and can't accommodate anything larger than 40' with a total length of 62'. The "park" is located in front of a small candle business in a small rural neighborhood. That means there are a few houses around where your RV will be parked.
It's quiet but, there are dogs in the neighborhood and two that live on the property. Pets are welcome we just ask that they are kept on a leash.

Rules
Check In/Out
Check in after 1 p.m. Check out before 11 a.m. If you're going to be after 6:30 p.m. please let us know by texting or calling. If you would like to extend your stay please let us know by 9 a.m. the day of your initial check-out.
RV Stays
1. No Campfires Allowed. 2. No dump station or facilities. 3. Your RV must be self contained.
Pet Restrictions
Pets are allowed at Sites. You must clean up after your pet. There are 2 dogs currently residing on the property a German Shepard and a Blue tick Coon hound.

Area Tips
We are 15 minutes from Saracen casino in Pine Bluff, 45 minutes from Little Rock, and 2 hours from Hot Springs. We are good stopping place for overnight while you're losing through Central Arkansas to other destinations.
