Leisure Landing RV Park is a first class park catering to the visitors of the Spa City and all that it has to offer. Satellite friendly with sites up to 60 feet in length and located on the shores of beautiful Lake Hamilton, the only thing we lack is pull-thru sites. But don't let that deter you. Set in a truly quiet location without the annoying drone of trucks, motorcycles, cars and emergency vehicles generating an incessant background of highway noise, you can fully relax as you recuperate from a busy day in Hot Springs and plan the next day's activities. Drop in and check us out and you will see why several of our guests have compared us to 5 star resorts. Spend a night at Leisure Landing... and you too will agree.

Leisure Landing RV Park is located near Hot Springs, Arkansas. It features 33 full or partial hookup campsites that are big rig friendly for vehicles of up to 60 feet. Many of them accommodate slide out RVs. The park provides free WiFi, is pet-friendly (with a dog park), and has a dump station and boat/RV storage. Campsite amenities offered include a club house, a boat dock, picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. Visitors can also enjoy activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.

Rules

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 7 days notice for cancellations.

Domestic Disturbances

With the decline in respect for ones self and for others I find it necessary to inform you that domestic disturbances in RV's, the park or in nearby areas will result in immediate expulsion.

Sewer

All sewer connections must be secured by a sewer hose "donut" or screw-in connection.

Parking

Each site has "tow vehicle" parking provided. Please park only on your site but NOT on the grass. If you park on another site, you WILL be charged for that site. Overflow parking is available. NO driving across sites or on the grass.

Generators

Running generators is not allowed except during power outages. Each site is equipped with 20/30/50 amp electrical service.

Speed Limit

The speed limit within the park is 8 mph. Please comply.

Vehicle Repair

Mechanical work on vehicles is not allowed.

Washing Vehicles

Washing vehicles is not allowed. However, it is acceptable to "bucket wash" off the bugs that you collected on your trip. There are also "Mobile RV Detailers" that will come to the park to clean the exterior of your rig.

Clotheslines

Sorry, clotheslines are not allowed in the park. A complete laundry facility is available in the Club House.

Trash/Recycling

Please place all trash into the park dumpster. Aluminum can recycle is available adjacent to the dumpster.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm till 7:00 am and is strictly enforced. Disturbances may cause expulsion without refund.

Check-Out/Check-In

Check-Out/Check-In time is 11:00am/1:00pm. Approval is required for later departure and may incur additional charges. Please check with the office for availability if you desire to stay additional nights.

Smoking

No smoking in any of the RV park buildings.

Fireworks and Campfires

Absolutely NO fireworks. Campfires are permitted only within the fire pit in the picnic area.

Swimming

Swimming is allowed in the bay. However, swim at your own risk as no lifeguards are on duty. Remember, children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied to the lake by an adult. Sorry, no rock throwing or skipping.

Fishing

Fishing is allowed from our dock. However, all guests over the age of 16 must have a valid Arkansas license to fish.

Pets

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. ( Cats & Dogs) The only exception to this rule is within the Dog Park. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time. This is for the safety of our guests and their pets. NO PETS LEASHED OR KENNELED OUTSIDE at your RV site without owner being outside with pet. If owner is in his RV, pet must be inside. No exceptions. DO NOT walk your pets in RV sites. Please pick up after pets and dispose of their droppings in appropriate disposal containers. Pets must not bark to the distraction of your neighbor. If your dog’s barking can be heard by your neighbor please find a way to get it stopped. Some dogs only bark when left alone. We will inform you if this is the case.

Campground was very clean, sites level rock pads. Nice little water area to sit around or fish in. Dog park is a good size area. Bathrooms & living room area are extremely nice, spacious & clean. Workout room was small but nice if you really needed to get in an indoor workout. But Lake Catherine SP was 15 miles down the road can get in a good hike there. Stores galore within 5 minutes. We loved going downtown Hot Springs. I recommend Gangster Museum. Wished we had more time to look at other stores. Most of them closed @ 5pm. Only complaint was scent in bathroom/ living area was very strong at first. Overall it was a great little campground with tons of things to do in the area.

Beautiful place to camp. Very clean and well taken care of. Bathrooms and laundry are very nice. Pet friendly. Only thing we didn’t like is not being able to have a camp fire but the RV spots are too close together to be able to. Other than that we loved it and will stay there again!

Great place. Very nice and friendly staff. We would definitely come back again. The only downside was the guy next to us in the very front between us (space 4) and the road. His sewage pipe was not secure, odor yuck, he peeled out when leaving throwing gravel, and turned his radio excessively loud. I think he actually lives there. Not sure. Next time we would request to be closer to dog park or restrooms. Both were great to have and very nicely maintained.

Spent a delightful weekend at Leisure Landing seeing the sights around Hot Springs. We will definitely stay again when in the area. The operators know that enforcing the rules makes for a better experience for every guest and it is appreciated. Well done!

Park was very clean and quiet. Staff were very nice and helpful. The park is no frills but is not a bad place for the price and location. I would liked for them to have had a pool as we had children with us. Sites were level and well maintained. Many guests are full timers who stay there for extended periods but they still have spots for overnighted and vacationers. Limited shade but wasn’t too hot. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay. Located minutes from fun places to go to. Bath house row, Garvan Woodlands and an hour to Historic Washington. Rv park has a view of the lake next to their dog park. Very relaxing.

Pros: Liked the location of our pad close to shower and restroom facility. The Dog Park by the lake.. Cons: Management not always available. When coming from the dog park, the RV closest to the dog park left their door open and 3 dogs attacked my dog which was on a leash. The 3 dogs were unleashed. Disappointed that their was no fire ring at our site. It was too inconvenient to enjoy a fire down by the lake.

Hey, Donald! Thank you for the review of your site! I don't really understand "management not always available." Both my wife and I, as well as a park hostess live on site, I can't imagine a time when someone would not be available. I'm very puzzled about that. I realize that you pulled out before the office opened but the sign at the door has our telephone number as well as an arrow pointing to the doorbell button. As for the dogs, another guest described the incident as soon as we opened. It seems the very large dogs bolted out of an open doorway to greet your dog then ran rampant around the park until the owner corralled them. That should not have been allowed to happen! I'm sorry it happened. Please visit us again in the future. ~ Rick

If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, and beautiful setting for your RV experience this is your next destination in the Hot Springs, Arkansas area. The public areas are modern and extremely well maintained and the staff offer the most pleasant experience I've had in an RV park. Small, cozy, accessible to a main artery going into Hot Springs, and right on the shoreline of Lake Hamilton. Don't miss this one. Book early because it has a regular clientele that frequents.
