The Park at 155 Rules & Policies

The Park at 155 operates daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with quiet hours observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Upon arrival, park staff will assist by parking your RV in its designated site. Guests are expected to follow the 5 mph speed limit, maintain a clean and tidy site, and properly dispose of trash. For safety and appearance, hanging clothes or towels on awnings or exterior fixtures is not permitted.

Pet Policy (Throughout The Park)

The Park’s pet policy welcomes pets with no additional fees. Aggressive breeds are not permitted on the property. At check-in, guests must provide proof of current rabies vaccination along with a pet photo, which can be emailed to reservetheparkat155@gmail.com . Pets must remain leashed at all times outside of the dog park, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Pets may not be left unattended outdoors or allowed to disturb other guests, and they are not permitted inside any indoor facility.

Dog Park Rules

Dogs must be supervised and kept under control at all times while in the dog park. Owners are responsible for cleaning up waste promptly and removing their dogs if any aggressive behavior occurs. Food and treats are not permitted in the dog park, and guests should use the designated small or large dog areas when available.

Pickleball Court Rules

Court hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and use is on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise noted. Proper footwear is required, and no food or glass is allowed on the court. Guests are also expected to follow standard pickleball etiquette while playing.

Movie Theater Rules

Please keep voices low and silence phones to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Outside alcohol and glass containers are not permitted. Guests should clean up after themselves, and only one movie may be played at a time, with consideration for others using the space.

Fire Pit Rules

All fires must be contained within the designated fire pit and never left unattended. Guests should fully extinguish their fires when finished and avoid burning trash or hazardous materials. Please also follow any posted fire restrictions to ensure everyone’s safety.

Safety & Conduct

For everyone’s safety and comfort, guests are expected to respect others and follow all staff instructions. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly and only within your designated site. Firearms, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Additionally, children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
