I called and reserved a apartment for TWO nights and when I checked in I did not notice that I had been charged for THREE nights. I went back to the office, the same day, and let them know a mistake had been made, and I was told that the company policy was no refunds. I asked her to call the manager and to let me know, I never heard a response. Today I went to check out and was told about the same policy and I was not able to receive a refund. So beware when making a reservation at this place, they may try to get additional money from there guest without them knowing and then blame the “Company Policy” of no refunds. Not sure they take much PRIDE in putting the customer first! You pay first and if you don’t like the place, or THEY make a mistake and over charge, does not matter, company policy says no refunds. $110 tip and lesson learned!
I will NEVER stay here again and will be sure and let all my camping friends know. The place to stay is Creek Side, which is next door, to this not so prideful place.
Along with the Company Policy ordeal, we stayed in one of the apartments and the bed was HORRIBLE! Sagging in the middle and I had to sleep on the couch for two nights.
